On atoms of the set of generalized numerical semigroups with fixed corner element
We study the so-called atomic GNS, which naturally extends the concept of atomic numerical semigroup. We introduce the notion of corner special gap and we characterize the class of atomic GNS in terms of the cardinality of the set of corner special gaps and also in terms of a maximal property. Using this maximal property we present some properties concerning irreducibility of Frobenius GNSs. In particular, we provide sufficient conditions for certain Frobenius GNSs to be an atom non-irreducible (ANI). Furthermore, we given necessary and sufficient conditions so that the maximal elements of a set of Frobenius GNSs with two fixes gaps to be all irreducible or not.
Gapsets and the $k$-generalized Fibonacci sequences

In this paper, we bring the terminology of the Kunz coordinates of numerical semigroups to gapsets and we generalize this concept to $m$-extensions. It allows us to identify gapsets and, in general, $m$-extensions with tilings of boards. As a consequence, we prove a version of Bras-Amorós conjecture for $m$-extensions. Besides, we obtain a lower bound for the number of gapsets with fixed genus and depth at most 3 and a family of upper bounds for the number of gapsets with fixed genus. Moreover, we present explicit formulas for the number of gapsets with fixed genus and depth, when the multiplicity is 3 or 4, and, in some cases, for the number of gapsets with fixed genus and depth.

In this paper, we provide a generalization of a theorem proved by Eliahou and Fromentin, which exhibit a remarkable property of the sequence $(n'_g)$, where $n'_g$ denotes the number of gapsets with genus $g$ and depth at most $3$.
The corner element of generalized numerical semigroups

In this paper we introduce the concept of corner element of a generalized numerical semigroup, which extends in a sense the idea of conductor of a numerical semigroup to generalized numerical semigroups in higher dimensions. We present properties of this new notion and its relations with existing invariants in the literature, and provide an algorithm to compute all the generalized numerical semigroups with fixed corner. Besides that, we provide lower and upper bounds on the number of generalized numerical semigroups having a fixed corner element.

In this paper, we study gapsets and we focus on obtaining information on how the maximum distance between to consecutive elements influences the behaviour of the set. In particular, we prove that the cardinality of the set of gapsets with genus $g$ such that the maximum distance between two consecutive elements is $κ$ is equal to the cardinality of the set of gapsets with genus $g+1$ such that the maximum distance between two consecutive elements is $κ+1$, when $2g \leq 3κ$.

Counting numerical semigroups by genus and even gaps via Kunz-coordinate vectors

We contruct a one-to-one correspondence between a subset of numerical semigroups with genus $g$ and $γ$ even gaps and the integer points of a rational polytope. In particular, we give an overview to apply this correspondence to try to decide if the sequence $(n_g)$ is increasing, where $n_g$ denotes the number of numerical semigroups with genus $g$.

Counting numerical semigroups by genus and even gaps

Let $n_g$ be the number of numerical semigroups of genus $g$. We present an approach to compute $n_g$ by using even gaps, and the question: Is it true that $n_{g+1}>n_g$? is investigated. Let $N_γ(g)$ be the number of numerical semigroups of genus $g$ whose number of even gaps equals $γ$. We show that $N_γ(g)=N_γ(3γ)$ for $γ\leq \lfloor g/3\rfloor$ and $N_γ(g)=0$ for $γ> \lfloor 2g/3\rfloor$; thus the question above is true provided that $N_γ(g+1) > N_γ(g)$ for $γ= \lfloor g/3 \rfloor +1, \ldots, \lfloor 2g/3\rfloor$. We also show that $N_γ(3γ)$ coincides with $f_γ$, the number introduced by Bras-Amorós in conection with semigroup-closed sets. Finally, the stronger possibility $f_γ\sim \varphi^{2γ}$ arises being $\varphi = (1+\sqrt{5})/2$ the golden number.
