Proof of Lovász conjecture for odd order
Lovász conjectured that every connected vertex-transitive graph contains a hamilton path in 1970. First we reveal the structure of connected vertex-transitive graphs with an odd number of vertices. Then we prove that every connected vertex-transitive graph with an odd number of vertices is hamiltonian.

Generalized domination structure in cubic graphs
Published in Journal of Combinatorial Mathematics and Combinatorial Computing 124 (2025) 731-736 • View PublicationBIB
The minimum dominating set problem asks for a dominating set with minimum size. First, we determine some vertices contained in the minimum dominating set of a graph. By applying a particular scheme, we ensure that the resulting graph is 2-connected and the length of each formed induced cycle is 0 mod 3. We label every three vertices in the induced cycles of length 0 mod 3. Then there is a way of labeling in which the set of all labeled vertices is the minimum dominating set of the resulting graph, and is contained in the minimum dominating set of the original graph. We also consider the remaining vertices of the minimum dominating set of the original graph and determine all vertices contained in the minimum dominating set of a graph with maximum degree 3. The complexity of the minimum dominating set problem for cubic graphs was shown to be APX-complete in 2000 and this problem is solved by our arguments in polynomial time.

Domination structure in 3-connected graphs
From a recent perspective, the structure of a 3-connected graph is studied in this paper. It stipulates the minimum dominating set of a 3-connected graph. Also, we count the number of structures, as a consequence, the upper bound is obtained. By it, the minimum dominating set of a 3-connected graph is determined in polynomial time.

Domination structure for number three
From a research of several recent papers, in the first part, we are concerned with domination number in cubic graphs and give a sufficient condition of Reed's conjecture. In the second part, from a perspective, we study the structure of a minimum dominating set in 3-connected graphs. It is derived from a collection of cycles with length 0 mod 3.

Transposition diameter on circular binary strings
Published in Journal of Automata, Languages and Combinatorics 29 (2024) 1, 49-61 • View PublicationBIB
On the string of finite length, a (genomic) transposition is defined as the operation of exchanging two consecutive substrings. The minimum number of transpositions needed to transform one into the other is the transposition distance, that has been researched in recent years. In this paper, we study transposition distances on circular binary strings. A circular binary string is the string that consists of symbols $0$ and $1$ and regards its circular shifts as equivalent. The property of transpositions which partition strings is observed. A lower bound on the transposition distance is represented in terms of partitions. An upper bound on the transposition distance follows covering of the set of partitions. The transposition diameter is given with a necessary and sufficient condition.
