More on total domination polynomial and $\mathcal{D}_t$-equivalence classes of some graphs
Let $G = (V, E)$ be a simple graph of order $n$. The total dominating set of $G$ is a subset $D$ of $V$ that every vertex of $V$ is adjacent to some vertices of $D$. The total domination number of $G$ is equal to minimum cardinality of total dominating set in $G$ and is denoted by $γ_t(G)$. The total domination polynomial of $G$ is the polynomial $D_t(G,x)=\sum_{i=γ_t(G)}^n d_t(G,i)x^i$, where $d_t(G,i)$ is the number of total dominating sets of $G$ of size $i$. Two graphs $G$ and $H$ are said to be total dominating equivalent or simply $\mathcal{D}_t$-equivalent, if $D_t(G,x)=D_t(H,x)$. The equivalence class of $G$, denoted $[G]$, is the set of all graphs $\mathcal{D}_t$-equivalent to $G$. In this paper, we investigate $\mathcal{D}_t$-equivalence classes of some graphs. Also we introduce some families of graphs whose total domination polynomials are unimodal.

A root of $D_t(G, x)$ is called a total domination root of $G$. The set of total domination roots of graph $G$ is denoted by $Z(D_t(G,x))$. In this paper we show that $D_t(G,x)$ has $δ-2$ non-real roots and if all roots of $D_t(G,x)$ are real then $δ\leq 2$, where $δ$ is the minimum degree of vertices of $G$. Also we show that if $δ\geq 3$ and $D_t(G,x)$ has exactly three distinct roots, then $Z(D_t(G,x))\subseteq \{0, -2\pm \sqrt{2}i, \frac{-3\pm \sqrt{3}i}{2}\}$. Finally we study the location roots of total domination polynomial of some families of graphs.

Some new results on the total domination polynomial of a graph
Let $G = (V, E)$ be a simple graph of order $n$. The total dominating set of $G$ is a subset $D$ of $V$ that every vertex of $V$ is adjacent to some vertices of $D$. The total domination number of $G$ is equal to minimum cardinality of total dominating set in $G$ and is denoted by $γ_t(G)$. A root of $D_t(G,x)$ is called a total domination root of $G$. An irrelevant edge of $D_t(G,x)$ is an edge $e \in E$, such that $D_t(G, x) = D_t(G\setminus e, x)$. In this paper, we characterize edges possessing this property. Also we obtain some results for the number of total dominating sets of a regular graph. Finally, we study graphs with exactly two total domination roots $\{-3,0\}$, $\{-2,0\}$ and $\{-1,0\}$.

The total domination number of $G$ is equal to minimum cardinality of total dominating set in $G$ and denoted by $γ_t(G)$. The total domination polynomial of $G$ is the polynomial $D_t(G,x)=\sum d_t(G,i)$, where $d_t(G,i)$ is the number of total dominating sets of $G$ of size $i$. Let $G$ be a connected graph constructed from pairwise disjoint connected graphs $G_1,\ldots ,G_k$ by selecting a vertex of $G_1$, a vertex of $G_2$, and identify these two vertices. Then continue in this manner inductively. We say that $G$ is obtained by point-attaching from $G_1, \ldots ,G_k$ and that $G_i$'s are the primary subgraphs of $G$. In this paper, we consider some particular cases of these graphs that most of them are of importance in chemistry and study their total domination polynomials.

In this paper, we study roots of total domination polynomial of some graphs. We show that all roots of $D_t(G, x)$ lie in the circle with center $(-1, 0)$ and the radius $\sqrt[δ]{2^n-1}$, where $δ$ is the minimum degree of $G$. As a consequence we prove that if $δ\geq \frac{2n}{3}$, then every integer root of $D_t(G, x)$ lies in the set $\{-3,-2,-1,0\}$.
