Trees with flowers: A catalog of integer partition and integer composition trees with their asymptotic analysis
We present families of combinatorial classes described as trees with nodes that can carry one of two types of "flowers": integer partitions or integer compositions. Two parameters on the flowers of trees will be considered: the number of "petals" in all the flowers (petals' weight) and the number of edges in the petals of all the flowers (flowers' weight). We give explicit expressions of their generating functions and deduce general formulas for the asymptotic growth of their coefficients and the expectations of their concentrated distributions.
A unified treatment of families of partition functions
We present a unified framework of combinatorial descriptions, and the analogous asymptotic growth of the coefficients of two general families of functions related to integer partitions. In particular, we resolve several conjectures and verify several claims that are posted on the On-Line Encyclopedia of Integer Sequences. We perform the asymptotic analysis by systematically applying the Mellin transform, residue analysis, and the saddle point method. The combinatorial descriptions of these families of generalized partition functions involve colorings of Young tableaux, along with their ``divisor diagrams'', denoted with sets of colors whose sizes are controlled by divisor functions.

Symbolic dynamical scales: modes, orbitals, and transversals
We study classes of musical scales obtained from shift spaces in symbolic dynamics through the first symbol rule, which yields scales in any $n$-TET tuning system. The modes are thought as elements of orbit equivalence classes of cyclic shift actions on languages, and we study their orbitals and transversals. We present explicit formulations of the generating functions that allow us to deduce the orbital and transversal dimensions of classes of musical scales generated by vertex shifts, for all $n$, in particular for the 12-TET tuning system.
