How Trees on Atoms of Subset Algebras Define Minimal Forests and Their Growth
A complete description is given of how minimal trees on atoms of the algebra of subsets $\mathfrak{A}_k$ generated by minimal spanning $k$-component forests of a weighted digraph $V$ determine the form of these forests and how forests grow with increasing number of arcs (that is with a decrease in the number of trees). Precise bounds are established on what can be extracted about the tree structure of the original graph if the minimal trees on the atoms of a single algebra $\mathfrak{A}_k$ are known, and also what minimum spanning forests with fewer components can be constructed based on this, and what exactly additional information is required to determine minimum spanning forests consisting of even fewer components.

Digraphs of potential barriers: properties of their tree structure and algorithm for constructing minimum spanning forests
For a weighted digraph without loops $V$, the arc weights of which can be obtained from an undirected graph with loops ${\sf P}$ according to the rule $v_{ij}=p_{ij}-p_{ii}$, the properties are studied. An effective algorithm for constructing directed trees of minimum weight and an algorithm for constructing spanning directed forests of minimum weight are proposed.

Algorithm for Constructing Related Spanning Directed Forests of Minimum Weight
An algorithm is proposed for constructing directed spanning forests of the minimum weight, in which the maximum possible degree of affinity between the minimum forests is preserved when the number of trees changes. The correctness of the algorithm is checked and its complexity is determined, which does not exceed $ O (N ^ 3) $ for dense graphs. The result of the algorithm is a set of related spanning minimal forests consisting of $ k $ trees for all admissible $ k $.

When a forest, narrowed to an atom of subset algebra, turns out to be a tree
It is proved that the restriction of a $k$ and $(k-1)$-component directed spanning forest of minimal weight to an atom of the subset algebra generated by the sets of vertices of trees of $k$-component minimal spanning forests is a tree. For spanning minimal forests consisting of fewer components, this property, generally speaking, does not exist.
