Bollobás-Meir TSP Conjecture Holds Asymptotically
In 1992, Bollobás and Meir showed that for every $k \geq 1$ there exists a constant $c_k$ such that, for any $n$ points in the $k$-dimensional unit cube $[0, 1]^k$, one can find a tour $x_1, \dots, x_n$ through these $n$ points with $\sum_{i = 1}^n |x_i - x_{i + 1}|^k \leq c_k$, where $x_{n + 1} = x_1$ and $|x - y|$ is the Euclidean distance between $x$ and $y$. Remarkably, this bound does not depend on $n$, the number of points. They conjectured that the optimal constant is $c_k = 2 \cdot k^{k / 2}$ and showed that it cannot be taken lower than that. This conjecture was recently revised for $k = 3$ by Balogh, Clemen and Dumitrescu, who showed that $c_3 \geq 2^{7/2} > 2 \cdot 3^{3/2}$. It remains open for all $k > 2$, with the best known upper bound $c_k \leq 2.65^k \cdot k^{k / 2} \cdot (1 + o_k(1))$.
We significantly narrow the gap between lower and upper bounds on $c_k$, reducing it from exponential to linear. Specifically, we prove that $c_k \leq 2\mathrm{e}(k + 1) \cdot k^{k / 2}$ and $c_k = k^{k / 2} \cdot (2 + o_k(1))$, the latter establishing the conjecture asymptotically. We also obtain analogous results for related problems on Hamiltonian paths, spanning trees and perfect matchings in the unit cube. Our main tool is a new generalization of the ball packing argument used in earlier works.
Resolvable Triple Arrays
We present a new construction of triple arrays by combining a symmetric 2-design with a resolution of another 2-design. This is the first general method capable of producing non-extremal triple arrays. We call the triple arrays which can be obtained in this way resolvable. We employ the construction to produce the first examples of $(21 \times 15, 63)$-triple arrays, and enumerate all resolvable $(7 \times 15, 35)$-triple arrays, of which there was previously only a single known example. An infinite subfamily of Paley triple arrays turns out to be resolvable.
We also introduce a new intermediate object, unordered triple arrays, that are to triple arrays what symmetric 2-designs are to Youden rectangles, and propose a strengthening of Agrawal's long-standing conjecture on the existence of extremal triple arrays. For small parameters, we completely enumerate all unordered triple arrays, and use this data to corroborate the new conjecture. We construct several infinite families of resolvable unordered triple arrays, and, in particular, show that all $((q + 1) \times q^2, q(q + 1))$-triple arrays are resolvable and are in correspondence with finite affine planes of order $q$.
Near Triple Arrays
We introduce near triple arrays as binary row-column designs with at most two consecutive values for the replication numbers of symbols, for the intersection sizes of pairs of rows, pairs of columns and pairs of a row and a column. Near triple arrays form a common generalization of such well-studied classes of designs as triple arrays, (near) Youden rectangles and Latin squares.
We enumerate near triple arrays for a range of small parameter sets and show that they exist in the vast majority of the cases considered. As a byproduct, we obtain the first complete enumerations of $6 \times 10$ triple arrays on $15$ symbols, $7 \times 8$ triple arrays on $14$ symbols and $5 \times 16$ triple arrays on $20$ symbols.
Next, we give several constructions for families of near triple arrays, and e.g. show that near triple arrays with 3 rows and at least 6 columns exist for any number of symbols. Finally, we investigate a duality between row and column intersection sizes of a row-column design, and covering numbers for pairs of symbols by rows and columns. These duality results are used to obtain necessary conditions for the existence of near triple arrays. This duality also provides a new unified approach to earlier results on triple arrays and balanced grids.
Cayley Incidence Graphs
Evra, Feigon, Maurischat, and Parzanchevski (2023) introduced a biregular extension of Cayley graphs. In this paper, we reformulate their definition and provide some basic properties. We also show how these Cayley incidence graphs relate to various notions of Cayley hypergraphs. We further establish connections between Cayley incidence graphs and certain geometric and combinatorial structures, including coset geometries, difference sets and cages.
Combinatorial Nullstellensatz and Turán numbers of complete $r$-partite $r$-uniform hypergraphs
In this note we describe how Lasoń's generalization of Alon's Combinatorial Nullstellensatz gives a framework for constructing lower bounds on the Turán number $\operatorname{ex}(n, K^{(r)}_{s_1,\dots,s_r})$ of the complete $r$-partite $r$-uniform hypergraph $K^{(r)}_{s_1,\dots,s_r}$. To illustrate the potential of this method, we give a short and simple explicit construction for the Erdős box problem, showing that $\operatorname{ex}(n, K^{(r)}_{2,\dots,2}) = Ω(n^{r - 1/r})$, which asymptotically matches best known bounds when $r \leq 4$.
On list chromatic numbers of 2-colorable hypergraphs
We give an upper bound on the list chromatic number of a 2-colorable hypergraph which generalizes the bound of Schauz on $k$-partite $k$-uniform hypergraphs. It makes sense for sparse hypergraphs: in particular we show that a $k$-uniform $k$-regular hypergraph has the list chromatic number 2 for $k \geq 4$. Also we obtain both lower and upper bound on the list chromatic number of a complete $s$-uniform 2-colorable hypergraph in the vein of Erd{\H o}s--Rubin--Taylor theorem.

We provide a general framework on the coefficients of the graph polynomials of graphs which are Cartesian products. As a corollary, we prove that if $G=(V,E)$ is a graph with degrees of vertices $2d(v), v\in V$, and the graph polynomial $\prod_{(i,j)\in E} (x_j-x_i)$ contains an "almost central" monomial (that means a monomial $\prod_v x_v^{c_v}$, where $|c_v-d(v)|\leqslant 1$ for all $v\in V$), then the Cartesian product $G\square C_{2n}$ is $(d(\cdot)+2)$-choosable.

The Alon-Tarsi number $AT(G)$ of a graph $G$ is the smallest $k$ for which there is an orientation $D$ of $G$ with max indegree $k-1$ such that the number of even and odd circulations contained in D are different. In this paper, we show that the Alon--Tarsi number of toroidal grids $T_{m,n}=C_m\Box C_n$ equals $4$ when $m,n$ are both odd and $3$ otherwise.
Proof of the List Coloring Conjecture for line perfect multigraphs
We prove that for a line perfect multigraph the chromatic index is equal to the list chromatic index. This is a generalization of Galvin's result on bipartite multigraphs.
Soon after the first version was submitted to arxiv, I found out that the same result has already been achieved in an older paper by Peterson and Woodall, by a similar but not entirely the same method.
