Algorithmic methods of finite discrete structures. Topological graph drawing (part IV)
The chapter presents mathematical models intended for creating a topological drawing of a non-separable non-planar graph based on the methods of G. Ringel's vertex rotation theory. The induced system of cycles generates a topological drawing of a certain thickness. A method for determining the location of imaginary vertices by finding the intersection of connections on a plane is presented. A topological drawing of a maximum planar subgraph is used as a basis.

Algorithmic methods of finite discrete structures. Topological graph drawing (part III)
The manuscript considers mathematical models for creating a topological drawing of a graph based on the methods of G. Ringel's vertex rotation theory. An algorithm is presented for generating a topological drawing of a flat part of a graph based on the selection of a basis for the cycle subspace C(G) using the Monte Carlo method. A steepest descent method for constructing a topological drawing of a flat subgraph is described in the manuscript. The topological drawing of a graph is constructed using a combination of the methods of vector intersection algebra developed by L. I. Rapport. Three stages of constructing a flat subgraph of a non-separable graph are described. The issues of constructing a Hamiltonian cycle based on constructing a flat subgraph are considered. A new method for constructing a Hamiltonian cycle of a graph based on the cycle graph of a flat subgraph is described.

Algorithmic methods of finite discrete structures. Graph clique problem
The monography presents a new algorithm for finding the clique of maximal length in a nonseparable graph. The algorithm is based on the properties of the representation of a clique as a subset of the set of cycles with a length of three, the ring sum of which is an empty set. As a result of selecting the cycles of the length of three, two vectors are formed: the vector of cycles passing through the edges and the vector of cycles passing through the vertices. The numerical values of the components of these vectors determine the weights of the vertices and edges. The iterative process of constructing the set of vectors of cycles passing through the edges allows identifying the main vector of cycles passing through the edges. In turn, the construction of the main vector allows finding the clicks of the graph. The computational complexity of the presented algorithm is analyzed.
Algorithmic methods of finite discrete structures. Hamiltonian cycle of a complete graph and the Traveling salesman problem
The monography considers the problem of constructing a Hamiltonian cycle in a complete graph. A rule for constructing a Hamiltonian cycle based on isometric cycles of a graph is established. An algorithm for constructing a Hamiltonian cycle based on ring summation of isometric cycles of a graph is presented. Based on the matrix of distances between vertices, the weight of each cycle is determined as an additive sum of the weights of its edges. To construct an optimal route of a graph, the basic idea of finding an optimal route between four vertices is used. Further successive constructions are aimed at joining an adjacent isometric cycle with an increase in the number of vertices by one unit. The recursive process continues until all vertices of the graph are connected. Based on the introduced mathematical apparatus, the monography presents a new algorithm for solving the symmetric Traveling salesman problem. Some examples of solving the problem are provided.

Algorithmic methods of finite discrete structures. Topological graph drawing (part I)
Modern methods of graph theory describe a graph up to isomorphism, which makes it difficult to create mathematical models for visualizing graph drawings on a plane. The topological drawing of the planar part of a graph allows representing the planarization process by algebraic methods, without making any geometric constructions on the plane. Constructing a rotation of graph vertices solves two most important problems of graph theory simultaneously: the problem of testing a graph for planarity and the problem of constructing a topological drawing of a planar graph. It is shown that the problem of constructing a drawing of a non-planar graph can be reduced to the problem of constructing a drawing of a planar graph, taking into account the introduction of additional vertices characterizing the intersection of edges. Naturally, the development of such a mathematical structure will make it possible to solve the following important problems of graph theory: testing the planarity of a graph, identifying the largest planar subgraph of a graph, determining the thickness of a graph, obtaining a graph with a minimum number of intersections, etc.

Algorithmic methods of finite discrete structures. Topological graph drawing (part II)
A visualized graph is a powerful tool for data analysis and synthesis tasks. In this case, the task of visualization constitutes not only in displaying vertices and edges according to the graph representation, but also in ensuring that the result is visually simple and comprehensible for a human. Thus, the visualization process involves solving several problems, one of which is the problem of constructing a topological drawing of a planar part of a non-planar graph with a minimum number of removed edges. In this manuscript, we consider a mathematical model for representing the topological drawing of a graph, which is based on methods of the theory of vertex rotation with the induction of simple cycles that satisfy the Mac Lane planarity criterion. It is shown that the topological drawing of a non-planar graph can be constructed on the basis of a selected planar part of the graph. The topological model of a graph drawing allows us to reduce the brute-force enumeration problem of identifying a plane graph to a discrete optimization problem - searching for a subset of the set of isometric cycles of the graph that satisfy the zero value of the Mac Lane's functional. To isolate the planar part of the graph, a new computational method has been developed based on linear algebra and the algebra of structural numbers. The proposed method has polynomial computational complexity.

Algorithmic methods of finite discrete structures. Automorphism of Nonseparable Graphs
The monography examines the problem of constructing a group of automorphisms of a graph. A graph automorphism is a mapping of a set of vertices onto itself that preserves adjacency. The set of such automorphisms forms a vertex group of a graph or simply a graph group. The basis for constructing a group of graph automorphisms is the concept of orbit. The construction of an orbit is closely related to the quantitative assessment of a vertex or edge of a graph, called weight. To determine the weight of an element, graph invariants built on the spectrum of edge cuts and the spectrum of edge cycles are used. The weight of the graph elements allows identifying generating cycles and forming orbits. Examples are given of constructing a group of automorphisms for some types of graphs.

Algorithmic methods of finite discrete structures. Isomorphism of Nonseparable Graphs
In this monography, it is proposed to consider the concepts of spectra of edge cuts and edge cycles of a graph as a basic mathematical structure for solving the problem of graph isomorphism. An edge cut is defined by an edge and the vertices incident to it. In contrast to the generation of iterated edge graphs, we consider an iterated chain of qualicuts of the original graph, generated by edge cuts and determined by a recurrence relation. An edge cycle is defined by the set of isometric cycles of a graph. The monography examines the issues of constructing the spectrum of edge cuts Ws and the spectrum of edge cycles Tc of a graph G. It is shown that the formation of spectra is based on the incidence matrix of the graph. The independence of the construction of the graph structure from the numbering of vertices and edges is shown. The necessity and sufficiency of the spectra of edge cuts and the spectrum of edge cycles for determining the isomorphism of graph structures is shown. The relation between the internal structures of the graph and Whitney's theorem is considered.

Algorithmic methods of finite discrete structures. The Four Color Theorem. Theory, methods, algorithms
The Four color problem is closely related to other branches of mathematics and practical applications. More than 20 of its reformulations are known, which connect this problem with problems of algebra, statistical mechanics and planning. And this is also typical for mathematics: the solution to a problem studied out of pure curiosity turns out to be useful in representing real objects and processes that are completely different in nature. Despite the published machine methods for combinatorial proof of the Four color conjecture, there is still no clear description of the mechanism for coloring a planar graph with four colors, its natural essence and its connection with the phenomenon of graph planarity. It is necessary not only to prove (preferably by deductive methods) that any planar graph can be colored with four colors, but also to show how to color it. The paper considers an approach based on the possibility of reducing a maximally flat graph to a regular flat cubic graph with its further coloring. Based on the Tate-Volynsky theorem, the vertices of a maximally flat graph can be colored with four colors, if the edges of its dual cubic graph can be colored with three colors. Considering the properties of a colored cubic graph, it can be shown that the addition of colors obeys the transformation laws of the fourth order Klein group. Using this property, it is possible to create algorithms for coloring planar graphs.
