Triangular norms on finite lattices
This article intends to characterize triangular norms on a finite lattice. We first give a method for generating a triangular norm on an atomistic lattice by the values of atoms. Then we prove that every triangular norm on a non-Boolean atomistic lattice is not left-continuous and $T_M$ is the uniquely left-continuous triangular norm on an atomistic Boolean lattice. Furthermore, we show that each atomistic Boolean lattice can be represented by a family of triangular norms on an atomistic lattice with the same number of atoms. Finally, we construct a triangular norm on a finite lattice by restricting a triangular norm on an extended atomistic lattice of the finite lattice to the finite lattice.

The best extending cover-preserving geometric lattices of semimodular lattices
Published in Acta Mathematica Sinica 39 (2023) 1369-1388 • View PublicationBIB
In 2010, Gábor Czédli and E. Tamás Schmidt mentioned that the best cover-preserving embedding of a given semimodular lattice is not known yet [A cover-preserving embedding of semimodular lattices into geometric lattices, Advances in Mathematics 225 (2010) 2455-2463]. That is to say: What are the geometric lattices $G$ such that a given finite semimodular lattice $L$ has a cover-preserving embedding into $G$ with the smallest $|G|$? In this paper, we propose an algorithm to calculate all the best extending cover-preserving geometric lattices $G$ of a given semimodular lattice $L$ and prove that the length and the number of atoms of every best extending cover-preserving geometric lattice $G$ equal the length of $L$ and the number of non-zero join-irreducible elements of $L$, respectively. Therefore, we comprehend the best cover-preserving embedding of a given semimodular lattice.

Finite atomic lattices and their monomial ideals
Published in ROCKY MOUNTAIN JOURNAL OF MATHEMATICS, Volume 48, Number 8, 2018 • View PublicationBIB
This paper primarily studies monomial ideals by their associated lcm-lattices. It first introduces notions of weak coordinatizations of finite atomic lattices which have weaker hypotheses than coordinatizations and shows the characterizations of all such weak coordinatizations. It then defines a finite super-atomic lattice in $\mathcal{L}(n)$, investigates the structures of $\mathcal{L}(n)$ by their super-atomic lattices and proposes an algorithm to calculate all the super-atomic lattices in $\mathcal{L}(n)$. It finally presents a specific labeling of finite atomic lattice and obtains the conditions that the specific labelings of finite atomic lattices are the weak coordinatizations or the coordinatizations by using the terminology of super-atomic lattices.
