Ramsey goodness of complete multipartite graphs with one large part
For graph $G$, a connected graph $H$ of order $n$ is said to be $G$-good if $r(G,H)=(χ(G)-1)(n-1)+s(G)$, where $χ(G)$ is the chromatic number of $G$ and $s(G)$ is the minimum size of a color class in a $χ(G)$-coloring of $G$. Let $K_{p+1}(α;n)$ denote the complete $(p+1)$-partite graph with $p$ partite sets of size $α$ and one partite set of size $n$. We determine all graphs $G$ for which $K_{p+1}(α;n)$ is $G$-good for large $n$. The characterization depends on the parameter $\mathrm{snd}(α)$, the smallest non-divisor of $α$.
Some families of graphs, hypergraphs and digraphs defined by systems of equations
The families of graphs defined by a certain type of system of equations over commutative rings have been studied and used since 1990s. This survey presents these families and their applications related to graphs, digraphs, and hypergraphs. Some open problems and conjectures are mentioned.
On some path-critical Ramsey numbers
For graphs $G$ and $H$, the Ramsey number $R(G,H)$ is the smallest $r$ such that any red-blue edge coloring of $K_r$ contains a red $G$ or a blue $H$. The path-critical Ramsey number $R_π(G,H)$ is the largest $n$ such that any red-blue edge coloring of $K_r \setminus P_{n}$ contains a red $G$ or a blue $H$, where $r=R(G,H)$ and $P_{n}$ is a path of order $n$. In this note, we show a general upper bound for $R_π(G,H)$, and determine the exact values for some cases of $R_π(G,H)$.
Sharp Ramsey thresholds for large books
For graphs $G$ and $H$, let $G\to H$ signify that any red/blue edge coloring of $G$ contains a monochromatic $H$. Let $G(N,p)$ be the random graph of order $N$ and edge probability $p$. The Ramsey thresholds for fixed graphs have received most attention. In this paper, we consider the Ramsey thresholds in another angle. In particular, we will consider the sharp Ramsey threshold for the large book graph $B_n^{(k)}$, which consists of $n$ copies of $K_{k+1}$ all sharing a common $K_k$. In particular, for every fixed integer $k\ge 2$ and for any real $c>1$, let $N=c2^k n$. Then for any real $γ>0$, \[ \lim_{n\to \infty} \Pr(G(N,p)\to B_n^{(k)})= \left\{ \begin{array}{cl} 0 & \mbox{if $p\le\frac{1}{c^{1/k}}(1-γ)$,} \\ 1 & \mbox{if $p\ge\frac{1}{c^{1/k}}(1+γ)$}. \end{array} \right. \] This implies that $r(B_n^{(k)},B_n^{(k)})=2^kn+o(n)$, and hence especially extends the work of Conlon (2019) and the follow-up work of Conlon, Fox and Wigderson (2022) on book Ramsey numbers.
Ramsey numbers of graphs with most degrees bounded in random graphs
For graphs $F$ and $G$, let $F\to G$ signify that any red/blue edge coloring of $F$ contains a monochromatic $G$. Denote by ${\cal G}(N,p)$ the random graph space of order $N$ and edge probability $p$. Using the regularity method, one can show that for any fixed $p\in (0,1]$, almost all graphs $F\in{\cal G}(cn,p)$ have $F\to G$ for any graph $G$ of order $n$ and all but at most $m$ degrees bounded, where $c$ is an integer depending on $p$ and $m$. Note that $r(K_{m,n})\sim 2^m n$ and $r(K_m+\overline{K}_n)\sim 2^m n$ as $n\to\infty$, for which we investigate the relation between $c$ and $p$. Let $N=\lfloor c\,2^m n\rfloor$ with $c>1$ and $p_u,p_\ell=\frac{1}{c^{1/m}}(1\pm \sqrt{\frac{M\log n}{n}}\,)$, where $M=M(c,m)>0$. It is shown that $p_u$ and $p_\ell$ are Ramsey thresholds of $K_{m,n}$ in ${\cal G}(N,p)$. Namely, almost all $F\in{\cal G}(N,p_u)$ and almost no $F\in{\cal G}(N,p_\ell)$ have $F\to K_{m,n}$, respectively. Moreover, it is shown that $p_u$ and $p_\ell$ are (ordinary) upper threshold and lower threshold of $K_m+\overline{K}_n$ to appear in ${\cal G}(N,p/2)$, respectively. We show that ${\cal G}(N,p/2)$ can be identified as the set of red (or blue) graphs obtained from $F\in{\cal G}(N,p)$ by red/blue edge coloring of $F$ with probability $1/2$ for each color, which leads to the definition of the weak Ramsey thresholds.

In this paper, we develop a new method for constructing $m$-ovoids in the symplectic polar space $\W(2r-1,\q)$ from some strongly regular Cayley graphs in \cite{Brouwer1999Journal}. Using this method, we obtain many new $m$-ovoids which can not be derived by field reduction.

Let $H\xrightarrow{s} G$ denote that any edge-coloring of $H$ by $s$ colors contains a monochromatic $G$. The degree Ramsey number $r_Δ(G;s)$ is defined to be $\min\{Δ(H):H\xrightarrow{s} G\}$, and the degree bipartite Ramsey number $br_Δ(G;s)$ is defined to be $\min\{Δ(H):H\xrightarrow{s} G\; \mbox{and} \;χ(H)=2\}$. In this note, we show that $r_Δ(K_{m,n};s)$ is linear on $n$ with $m$ fixed. We also determine $br_Δ(G;s)$ where $G$ are trees, including stars and paths, and complete bipartite graphs.

For graphs $G$, $F$ and $H$, let $G\rightarrow (F,H)$ signify that any edge coloring of $G$ in red and blue contains a red $F$ or a blue $H$. The Ramsey number $R(F,H)=\min\{r|\; K_r\rightarrow (F,H)\}$. In this note, we consider redundant edges in Ramsey graphs, which are associate with critical Ramsey numbers. For an integer $k\ge 1$, let ${\mathbb G}=\{G_k,G_{k+1},\dots \}$ be a class of graphs with $δ(G_n)\ge 1$. We define the critical Ramsey number $R_{\mathbb G}(F,H)$ with respect to $\mathbb G$ to be $\max\{n|\; K_r\setminus G_n \rightarrow(F,H),\,G_n\in{\mathbb G}\big\}$, where $r=R(F,H)$. We shall determine some $R_{\mathbb G}(F,H)$, where ${\mathbb G}$ consists of stars, matchings and complete graphs, respectively.
