The direct product of a star and a path is antimagic
A graph $G$ is antimagic if there exists a bijection $f$ from $E(G)$ to $\left\{1,2, \dots,|E(G)|\right\}$ such that the vertex sums for all vertices of $G$ are distinct, where the vertex sum is defined as the sum of the labels of all incident edges. Hartsfield and Ringel conjectured that every connected graph other than $K_2$ admits an antimagic labeling. It is still a challenging problem to address antimagicness in the case of disconnected graphs. In this paper, we study antimagicness for the disconnected graph that is constructed as the direct product of a star and a path.
On local antimagic vertex coloring for complete full $t$-ary trees

Let $G = (V, E)$ be a finite simple undirected graph without $K_2$ components. A bijection $f : E \rightarrow \{1, 2,\cdots, |E|\}$ is called a local antimagic labeling if for any two adjacent vertices $u$ and $v$, they have different vertex sums, i.e., $w(u) \neq w(v)$, where the vertex sum $w(u) = \sum_{e \in E(u)} f(e)$, and $E(u)$ is the set of edges incident to $u$. Thus any local antimagic labeling induces a proper vertex coloring of $G$ where the vertex $v$ is assigned the color (vertex sum) $w(v)$. The local antimagic chromatic number $χ_{la}(G)$ is the minimum number of colors taken over all colorings induced by local antimagic labelings of $G$. It was conjectured \cite{Aru-Wang} that for every tree $T$ the local antimagic chromatic number $l+ 1 \leq χ_{la} ( T )\leq l+2$, where $l$ is the number of leaves of $T$. In this article we verify the above conjecture for complete full $t$-ary trees, for $t \geq 2$. A complete full $t$-ary tree is a rooted tree in which all nodes have exactly $t$ children except leaves and every leaf is of the same depth. In particular we obtain that the exact value for the local antimagic chromatic number of all complete full $t$-ary trees is $ l+1$ for odd $t$.
New constructions for the $n$-queens problem
Let $D$ be a digraph, possibly with loops. A queen labeling of $D$ is a bijective function $l:V(G)\longrightarrow \{1,2,\ldots,|V(G)|\}$ such that, for every pair of arcs in $E(D)$, namely $(u,v)$ and $(u',v')$ we have (i) $l(u)+l(v)\neq l(u')+l(v')$ and (ii) $l(v)-l(u)\neq l(v')-l(u')$. Similarly, if the two conditions are satisfied modulo $n=|V(G)|$, we define a modular queen labeling. There is a bijection between (modular) queen labelings of $1$-regular digraphs and the solutions of the (modular) $n$-queens problem. The $\otimes_h$-product was introduced in 2008 as a generalization of the Kronecker product and since then, many relations among labelings have been established using the $\otimes_h$-product and some particular families of graphs. In this paper, we study some families of $1$-regular digraphs that admit (modular) queen labelings and present a new construction concerning to the (modular) $n$-queens problem in terms of the $\otimes_h$-product, which in some sense complements a previous result due to Pólya.
$H$-supermagic labelings for firecrackers, banana trees and flowers

A simple graph $G=(V,E)$ admits an $H$-covering if every edge in $E$ is contained in a subgraph $H'=(V',E')$ of $G$ which is isomorphic to $H$. In this case we say that $G$ is $H$-supermagic if there is a bijection $f:V\cup E\to\{1,\ldots\lvert V\rvert+\lvert E\rvert\}$ such that $f(V)=\{1,\ldots,\lvert V\rvert\}$ and $\sum_{v\in V(H')}f(v)+\sum_{e\in E(H')}f(e)$ is constant over all subgraphs $H'$ of $G$ which are isomorphic to $H$. In this paper, we show that for odd $n$ and arbitrary $k$, the firecracker $F_{k,n}$ is $F_{2,n}$-supermagic, the banana tree $B_{k,n}$ is $B_{1,n}$-supermagic and the flower $F_n$ is $C_3$-supermagic.
