Enumeration of Switching Non-isomorphic Signed Wheels
Two signed graphs are called switching isomorphic to each other if one is isomorphic to a switching of the other. The wheel $W_n$ is the join of the cycle $C_n$ and a vertex. For $0 \leq p \leq n$, $ψ_{p}(n)$ is defined to be the number of switching non-isomorphic signed $W_n$ with exactly $p$ negative edges on $C_n$. The number of switching non-isomorphic signed $W_n$ is denoted by $ψ(n)$. In this paper, we compute the values of $ψ_{p}(n)$ for $p=0,1,2,3,4,n-4,n-3,n-2,n-1,n$ and of $ψ(n)$ for $n=4,5,...,10$. Our method of obtaining $ψ_{p}(n)$ not only count the switching non-isomorphic signed wheels but also generates them.
Switching equivalence of Hermitian adjacency matrices of mixed graphs
Let $0 \in Γ$ and $Γ\setminus \{0\}$ be a subgroup of the complex numbers of unit modulus. Define $\mathcal{H}_{n}(Γ)$ to be the set of all $n\times n$ Hermitian matrices with entries in $Γ$, whose diagonal entries are zero. The matrices $A,B\in \mathcal{H}_{n}(Γ)$ are said to be switching equivalent if there is a diagonal matrix $D$, in which the diagonal entries belong to $Γ\setminus \{0\}$, such that $D^{-1} A D=B$. We find a characterization, in terms of fundamental cycles of graphs, of switching equivalence of matrices in $\mathcal{H}_{n}(Γ)$. We give sufficient conditions to characterize the cospectral matrices in $\mathcal{H}_{n}(Γ)$. We find bounds on the number of switching equivalence classes of all mixed graphs with the same underlying graph. We also provide the size of all switching equivalence classes of mixed cycles, and give a formula that calculates the size of a switching equivalence class of a mixed plane graph. We also discuss an action of the automorphism group of a graph on switching equivalence classes of matrices in $\mathcal{H}_{n}(Γ)$.

In a graph $G$, a vertex dominates itself and its neighbors. A subset $D \subseteq V(G)$ is a double dominating set of $G$ if $D$ dominates every vertex of $G$ at least twice. A signed graph $Σ= (G,σ)$ is a graph $G$ together with an assignment $σ$ of positive or negative signs to all its edges. A cycle in a signed graph is positive if the product of its edge signs is positive. A signed graph is balanced if all its cycles are positive. A subset $D \subseteq V(Σ)$ is a double dominating set of $Σ$ if it satisfies the following conditions: (i) $D$ is a double dominating set of $G$, and (ii) $Σ[D:V \setminus D]$ is balanced, where $Σ[D:V \setminus D]$ is the subgraph of $Σ$ induced by the edges of $Σ$ with one end point in $D$ and the other end point in $V \setminus D$. The cardinality of a minimum double dominating set of $Σ$ is the double domination number $γ_{\times 2}(Σ)$. In this paper, we give bounds for the double domination number of signed cubic graphs. We also obtain some bounds on the double domination number of signed generalized Petersen graphs and signed I-graphs.

A \textit{signed graph} is a simple graph whose edges are labelled with positive or negative signs. A cycle is \textit{positive} if the product of its edge signs is positive. A signed graph is \textit{balanced} if every cycle in the graph is positive. The \textit{frustration index} of a signed graph is the minimum number of edges whose deletion makes the graph balanced. The \textit{maximum frustration} of a graph is the maximum frustration index over all sign labellings. In this paper, first, we prove that the maximum frustration of generalized Petersen graphs $P_{n,k}$ is bounded above by $\left\lfloor \frac{n}{2} \right\rfloor + 1$ for $\gcd(n,k)=1$, and this bound is achieved for $k=1,2,3$. Second, we prove that the maximum frustration of $P_{n,k}$ is bounded above by $d\left\lfloor \frac{n}{2d} \right\rfloor + d + 1$, where $\gcd(n,k)=d\geq2$.
Non-isomorphic Signatures on Some Generalised Petersen Graph
In this paper we find the number of different signatures of $P(3,1), P(5,1)$ and $P(7,1)$ upto switching isomorphism, where $P(n, k)$ denotes the generalised Petersen graph, $2k < n$. We also count the number of non-isomorphic signatures on $P(2n+1,1)$ of size two for all $n \geq 1$, and we conjecture that any signature of $P(2n+1,1)$, upto switching, is of size at most $n+1$.
Signed Chromatic Polynomials of Signed Book Graphs
In 2015, Matthias Beck and his team developed a computer program in SAGE which efficiently determines the number of signed proper $k$-colorings for a given signed graph. In this article, we determine the number of different signatures on Book graph up to switching isomorphisms. We also find a recursive formula of the signed chromatic polynomials of signed Book graphs.

A signed graph is a graph whose edges are labeled positive or negative. The sign of a cycle is the product of the signs of its edges. Zaslavsky proved in 2012 that, up to switching isomorphism, there are six different signed Petersen graphs. It is also known that, up to switching isomorphism, there are two signed $K_3$'s, three signed $K_4$'s, and seven signed $K_5$'s. In this paper, we prove that there are sixteen signed $K_6$'s upto switching ismomorphism.

Let $G$ be a graph with adjacency matrix $A$. The transition matrix of $G$ relative to $A$ is defined by $H(t):=\exp{\left(-itA\right)},\;t\in\Rl$. The graph $G$ is said to admit pretty good state transfer between a pair of vertices $u$ and $v$ if there exists a sequence of real numbers $\{t_k\}$ and a complex number $γ$ of unit modulus such that $\lim\limits_{k\rightarrow\infty} H(t_k) e_u=γe_v.$ We find that pretty good state transfer occurs in a cycle on $n$ vertices if and only if $n$ is a power of two and it occurs between every pair of antipodal vertices. In addition, we look for pretty good state transfer in more general circulant graphs. We prove that union (edge disjoint) of an integral circulant graph with a cycle, each on $2^k$ $(k\geq 3)$ vertices, admits pretty good state transfer. The complement of such union also admits pretty good state transfer. This enables us to find some non-circulant graphs admitting pretty good state transfer. Among the complement of cycles we also find a class of graphs not exhibiting pretty good state transfer.

Let $G$ be a graph with adjacency matrix $A$. The transition matrix of $G$ relative to $A$ is defined by $H_{A}(t):=\exp{(-itA)},\;t\in\Rl$. We say that the graph $G$ admits perfect state transfer between the verteices $u$ and $v$ at $τ\in\Rl$ if the $uv$-th entry of $H_{A}(τ)$ has unit modulus. Perfect state transfer is a rare phenomena so we consider an approximation called pretty good state transfer. We find that NEPS (Non-complete Extended P-Sum) of the path on three vertices with basis containing tuples with hamming weights of both parities do not exhibit perfect state transfer. But these NEPS admit pretty good state transfer with an additional condition. Further we investigate pretty good state transfer on Cartesian product of graphs and we find that a graph can have PGST from a vertex $u$ to two different vertices $v$ and $w$.

Let $G$ be a graph with adjacency matrix $A$. The transition matrix of $G$ is denoted by $H(t)$ and it is defined by $H(t):=\exp{\left(itA\right)},\;t\in\mathbb{R}.$ The graph $G$ has perfect state transfer (PST) from a vertex $u$ to another vertex $v$ if there exist $τ\left(\neq0\right)\in\mathbb{R}$ such that the $uv$-th entry of $H(τ)$ has unit modulus. In case when $u=v$, we say that $G$ is periodic at the vertex $u$ at time $τ$. The graph $G$ is said to be periodic if it is periodic at all vertices at the same time. A gcd-graph is a Cayley graph over a finite abelian group defined by greatest common divisors. We establish a sufficient condition for a gcd-graph to have periodicity and PST at $\fracπ{2}$. Using this we deduce that there exists gcd-graph having PST over an abelian group of order divisible by $4$. Also we find a necessary and sufficient condition for a class of gcd-graphs to be periodic at $π$. Using this we characterize a class of gcd-graphs not exhibiting PST at $\fracπ{2^{k}}$ for all positive integers $k$.

Let $G$ be a graph with adjacency matrix $A$. The transition matrix corresponding to $G$ is defined by $H(t):=\exp{\left(itA\right)}$, $t\in\Rl$. The graph $G$ is said to have perfect state transfer (PST) from a vertex $u$ to another vertex $v$, if there exist $τ\in\Rl$ such that the $uv$-th entry of $H(τ)$ has unit modulus. The graph $G$ is said to be periodic at $τ\in\Rl$ if there exist $γ\in\Cl$ with $|γ|=1$ such that $H(τ)=γI$, where $I$ is the identity matrix. A $\mathit{gcd}$-graph is a Cayley graph over a finite abelian group defined by greatest common divisors. In this paper, we construct classes of $\mathit{gcd}$-graphs having periodicity and perfect state transfer.

Perfect state transfer is significant in quantum communication networks. There are very few graphs having this property. So, it is useful to find some new graphs having perfect state transfer. A good way to construct new graphs is by forming NEPS. It is known that the graph $P_{3}$ exhibits perfect state transfer and so we investigate some NEPS of the path $P_{3}$. A sufficient condition is found for a NEPS of $P_{3}$ to have perfect state transfer. Using these NEPS, some other graphs are constructed having perfect state transfer. We also prove that for every $n\in \Nl\setminus \left\lbrace 1\right\rbrace$ and any odd positive integer $k< n$, there is a basis $Ω$ such that $NEPS(P_{3},\ldots, P_{3};Ω)$ is connected and exhibits perfect state transfer.
