Dirichlet convolution and enumeration of pyramid polycubes
We investigate the enumeration of two families of polycubes, namely pyramids and espaliers, in connection with the multi-indexed Dirichlet convolution
Finite Decomposition Semigroups
In this paper, we explain the importance of finite decomposition semigroups and present two theorems related to their structure.

Combinatorial Semigroup Bialgebras
This paper is devoted to the presentation of combinatorial bialgebras whose coproduct is defined with the help of a commutative semigroup. We consider this setting in order to give a general framework which admits as special cases the shuffle and stuffle algebras. We also consider the problem of constructing pairs of bases in duality and present Schützenberger's factorisations as an application.
Radford bases and Schützenberger's Factorizations
In this paper, we present Schützenberger's factorization in different combinatorial contexts and show that its validity is not restricted to these cases but can be extended to every Lie algebra endowed with an ordered basis. We also expose some elements of the relations between the Poincaré-Birkhoff-Witt bases of the enveloping algebra and their dual families.
Independence of hyperlogarithms over function fields via algebraic combinatorics
We obtain a necessary and sufficient condition for the linear independence of solutions of differential equations for hyperlogarithms. The key fact is that the multiplier (i.e. the factor $M$ in the differential equation $dS=MS$) has only singularities of first order (Fuchsian-type equations) and this implies that they freely span a space which contains no primitive. We give direct applications where we extend the property of linear independence to the largest known ring of coefficients.

How to compute Selberg-like integrals?
In this paper, we describe a general method for computing Selberg-like integrals based on a formula, due to Kaneko, for Selberg-Jack integrals. The general principle consists in expanding the integrand \emph{w.r.t.} the Jack basis, which is obtained by a Gram-Schmidt orthogonalization process. The resulting algorithm is not very efficient because of this decomposition. But for special cases, the coefficients admit a closed form. As an example, we study the case of the power-sums since for which the coefficients are obtained by manipulating generating series by means of transformations of alphabets. Furthermore, we prove that the integral is a rational function in the number of variables which allows us to study asymptotics. As an application, we investigate the asymptotic behavior when the integrand involves Jack polynomials and power sums.
Asymptotics of Selberg-like integrals: The unitary case and Newton's interpolation formula
Published • View PublicationBIB
We investigate the asymptotic behavior of the Selberg-like integral $$ \frac1{N!}\int_{[0,1]^N}x_1^p\prod_{i<j}(x_i-x_j)^2\prod_ix_i^{a-1}(1-x_i)^{b-1}dx_i$$, as $N\to\infty$ for different scalings of the parameters $a$ and $b$ with $N$. Integrals of this type arise in the random matrix theory of electronic scattering in chaotic cavities supporting $N$ channels in the two attached leads. Making use of Newton's interpolation formula, we show that an asymptotic limit exists and we compute it explicitly.
