The q-Binomial Coefficient for Negative Arguments and Some q-Binomial Summation Identities
Using a property of the q-shifted factorial, an identity for q-binomial coefficients is proved, which is used to derive the formulas for the q-binomial coefficient for negative arguments. The result is in agreement with an earlier paper about the normal binomial coefficient for negative arguments. Some new q-binomial summation identities are derived, and the formulas for negative arguments transform some of these summation identities into each other. One q-binomial summation identity is transformed into a new q-binomial summation identity.

Computation of q-Binomial Coefficients with the $P(n,m)$ Integer Partition Function
Using $P(n,m)$, the number of integer partitions of $n$ into exactly $m$ parts, which was the subject of an earlier paper, $P(n,m,p)$, the number of integer partitions of $n$ into exactly $m$ parts with each part at most $p$, can be computed in $O(n^2)$, and the q-binomial coefficient can be computed in $O(n^3)$. Using the definition of the q-binomial coefficient, some properties of the q-binomial coefficient and $P(n,m,p)$ are derived. The q-multinomial coefficient can be computed as a product of q-binomial coefficients. A formula for $Q(n,m,p)$, the number of integer partitions of $n$ into exactly $m$ distinct parts with each part at most $p$, is given. Some formulas for the number of integer partitions with each part between a minimum and a maximum are derived. A computer algebra program is listed implementing these algorithms using the computer algebra program of the earlier paper.

Some Generalized Multi-sum Chu-Vandermonde Identities
Some generalized multi-sum Chu-Vandermonde identities are presented and proved, generalizing some known multi-sum Chu-Vandermonde identities from literature and adding some quadratic and cubic examples of these identities. Some other closely related identities are provided. The identities are proved with the integral representation method using complex residues, a method also used in some earlier papers.

Some Weighted Generalized Fibonacci Number Summation Identities, Part 1
The Fibonacci number is the residue of a rational function, from which follows that Fibonacci number summation identities can be derived with the integral representation method, a method also used to derive combinatorial identities. A number of weighted generalized Fibonacci number summation identities are derived this way. From these identities some infinite series, generating functions and convolution identities are obtained. In addition, some weighted generalized Fibonacci number summation identities with binomial coefficients are derived. Many examples of both types of summation identities are provided.

Four New Generalized Fibonacci Number Summation Identities
Two new generalized Fibonacci number summation identities are stated and proved, and two other new generalized Fibonacci number summation identities are derived from these, of which two special cases are already known in literature.

Some Variations of Two Combinatorial Identities
Given two combinatorial identities proved earlier, a new set of variations of these combinatorial identities is listed and proved with the integral representation method. Some identities from literature are shown to be special cases of these new identities.

A Generalization of the Chu-Vandermonde Convolution and some Harmonic Number Identities
A generalization of the Chu-Vandermonde convolution is presented and proved with the integral representation method. This identity can be transformed into another identity, which has as special cases two known identities. Another identity that is closely related to this identity is presented and proved. Using the modified geometric series from another paper, some closely related identities are listed. Some corresponding harmonic number identities are derived, which have as special cases some known harmonic number identities. For one combinatorial sum a recursion formula is derived and used to compute a few examples.

The Binomial Coefficient for Negative Arguments
The definition of the binomial coefficient in terms of gamma functions also allows non-integer arguments. For nonnegative integer arguments the gamma functions reduce to factorials, leading to the well-known Pascal triangle. Using a symmetry formula for the gamma function, this definition is extended to negative integer arguments, making the symmetry identity for binomial coefficients valid for all integer arguments. The agreement of this definition with some other identities and with the binomial theorem is investigated.

Some Combinatorial Identities from the Random Walk
Eight combinatorial identities are listed and proved by counting paths in the one-dimensional random walk. Four of these identities are assumed to be new.

Some Combinatorial Identities some of which involving Harmonic Numbers
A product difference equation is proved and used for derivation by elementary methods of four combinatorial identities, eight combinatorial identities involving generalized harmonic numbers and eight combinatorial identities involving classical harmonic numbers. For the binomial coefficients the definition with gamma functions is used, thus also allowing non-integer arguments in the identities. The generalized harmonic numbers in this case are harmonic numbers with a complex offset, where the classical harmonic numbers are a special case with offset zero.
