Harmonic Higher Weight distributions, Simonis' Approach of MacWilliams Identity and Moments
We present a combinatorial proof of Simonis type MacWilliams identity for harmonic higher weight distributions of linear codes. Furthermore, we investigate the statistical moments of the harmonic higher weight enumerators for random linear codes. Defining the enumerators via rank functions of the generator matrices of linear codes, we prove that its expectation vanishes for all non-trivial harmonic functions due to the inherent symmetry of random matrices, and we also derive an explicit, non-trivial formula for the covariance.
Higher and extended Jacobi polynomials for codes
In this paper, we introduce Jacobi polynomial generalizations of several classical invariants in coding theory over finite fields, specifically, the higher and extended weight enumerators, and we establish explicit correspondences between the resulting Jacobi polynomials. Moreover, we present the Jacobi analogue of MacWilliams identity for both higher and extended weight enumerators. We also present that the higher Jacobi polynomials for linear codes whose subcode supports form $t$-designs can be uniquely determined from the higher weight enumerators of the codes via polarization technique. Finally, we demonstrate how higher Jacobi polynomials can be computed from harmonic higher weight enumerators with the help of Hahn polynomials.
Neighbors, neighbor graphs and invariant rings in coding theory
In the present paper, we discuss the class of Type III and Type IV codes from the perspectives of neighbors. Our investigation analogously extends the results originally presented by Dougherty [8] concerning the neighbor graph of binary self-dual codes. Moreover, as an application of neighbors in invariant theory, we show that the ring of the weight enumerators of Type II code $d_{n}^{+}$ and its neighbors in arbitrary genus is finitely generated. Finally, we obtain a minimal set of generators of this ring up to the space of degree 24 and genus 3.
Jacobi polynomials, invariant rings, and generalized $t$-designs
In the present paper, we provide results that relate the Jacobi polynomials in genus $g$. We show that if a code is $t$-homogeneous that is, the codewords of the code for every given weight hold a $t$-design, then its Jacobi polynomial in genus $g$ with composition $T$ with $|T|\leq t$ can be obtained from its weight enumerator in genus~$g$ using the polarization operator. Using this fact, we investigate the invariant ring, which relates the homogeneous Jacobi polynomials of the binary codes in genus $g$. Specifically, the generators of the invariant ring appearing for $g=1$ are obtained. Moreover, we define the split Jacobi polynomials in genus~$g$ and obtain the MacWilliams type identity for it. A split generalization for higher genus cases of the relation between the Jacobi polynomials and weight enumerator of a $t$-homogeneous code also given.
Harmonic higher and extended weight enumerators
In this paper, we present the harmonic generalizations of well-known polynomials of codes over finite fields, namely the higher weight enumerators and the extended weight enumerators, and we derive the correspondences between these weight enumerators. Moreover, we present the harmonic generalization of Greene's Theorem for the higher (resp. extended) weight enumerators. As an application of this Greene's-type theorem, we provide the MacWilliams-type identity for harmonic higher weight enumerators of codes over finite fields. Finally, we use this new identity to give a new proof of the Assmus-Mattson Theorem for subcode supports of linear codes over finite fields using harmonic higher weight enumerators.
Equivariant theory for codes and lattices I
In this paper, we present a generalization of Hayden's theorem [7, Theorem 4.2] for $G$-codes over finite Frobenius rings. A lattice theoretical form of this generalization is also given. Moreover, Astumi's MacWilliams identity [1, Theorem 1] is generalized in several ways for different weight enumerators of $G$-codes over finite Frobenius rings. Furthermore, we provide the Jacobi analogue of Astumi's MacWilliams identity for $G$-codes over finite Frobenius rings. Finally, we study the relation between $G$-codes and its corresponding $G$-lattices.

In this work, we introduce the harmonic generalization of the $m$-tuple weight enumerators of codes over finite Frobenius rings. A harmonic version of the MacWilliams-type identity for $m$-tuple weight enumerators of codes over finite Frobenius ring is also given. Moreover, we define the demi-matroid analogue of well-known polynomials from matroid theory, namely Tutte polynomials and coboundary polynomials, and associate them with a harmonic function. We also prove the Greene-type identity relating these polynomials to the harmonic $m$-tuple weight enumerators of codes over finite Frobenius rings. As an application of this Greene-type identity, we provide a simple combinatorial proof of the MacWilliams-type identity for harmonic $m$-tuple weight enumerators over finite Frobenius rings. Finally, we provide the structure of the relative invariant spaces containing the harmonic $m$-tuple weight enumerators of self-dual codes over finite fields.

In this paper, we introduce the notion of Jacobi polynomials with multiple reference vectors of a code, and give the MacWilliams type identity for it. Moreover, we derive a formula to obtain the Jacobi polynomials using the Aronhold polarization operator. Finally, we describe some facts obtained from Type III and Type IV codes that interpret the relation between the Jacobi polynomials and designs.

In this paper, we introduce the concept of the weighted (harmonic) chromatic polynomials of graphs and discuss some of its properties. We also present the notion of the weighted (harmonic) Tutte--Grothendieck polynomials of graphs and give a generalization of the recipe theorem between the harmonic Tutte--Grothendieck polynomials graphs and the harmonic Tutte polynomials of matroids. Moreover, we give some constructions of the weighted (harmonic) Tutte--Grothendieck invariants for graphs and the weighted (harmonic) Tutte invariants for matroids. Finally, we give a remark on the categorification of the harmonic chromatic polynomials of graphs and harmonic Tutte polynomials of matroids.

In this paper, we introduce the notion of the complete joint Jacobi polynomial of two linear codes of length $n$ over $\mathbb{F}_q$ and $\mathbb{Z}_k$. We give the MacWilliams type identity for the complete joint Jacobi polynomials of codes. We also introduce the concepts of the average Jacobi polynomial and the average complete joint Jacobi polynomial over $\mathbb{F}_q$ and $\mathbb{Z}_k$. We give a representation of the average of the complete joint Jacobi polynomials of two linear codes of length $n$ over $\mathbb{F}_q$ and $\mathbb{Z}_k$ in terms of the compositions of $n$ and its distribution in the codes. Further we present a generalization of the representation for the average of the $(g+1)$-fold complete joint Jacobi polynomials of codes over $\mathbb{F}_{q}$ and $\mathbb{Z}_{k}$. Finally, we give the notion of the average Jacobi intersection number of two codes.

In a previous paper, the second and third named author introduced the concept of the complete cycle index and discussed a relation with the complete weight enumerator in coding theory. In the present paper, we introduce the concept of the complete joint cycle index and the average complete joint cycle index, and discuss a relation with the complete joint weight enumerator and the average complete joint weight enumerator respectively in coding theory. Moreover, the notion of the average intersection numbers is given, and we discuss a relation with the average intersection numbers in coding theory.

In this paper, we give a representation of the average of complete joint weight enumerators of two linear codes of length $n$ over $\mathbb{F}_{q}$ and $\mathbb{Z}_{k}$ in terms of the compositions of $n$ and their distributions in the codes. We also obtain a generalization of the representation for the average of $g$-fold complete joint weight enumerators of codes over $\mathbb{F}_{q}$ and $\mathbb{Z}_{k}$. Finally, the average of intersection numbers of a pair of Type III (resp. Type IV) codes, and its second moment are found.
