Lattice paths and quiver generating series with higher level generators
The generalized knots-quivers correspondence extends the original knots-quivers correspondence, by allowing higher level generators of quiver generating series. In this paper we explore the underlined combinatorics of such generating series, relationship with the BPS numbers of a corresponding knot, and new combinatorial interpretations of the coefficients of generating series.
Torus knots and generalized Schröder paths
We relate invariants of torus knots to the counts of a class of lattice paths, which we call generalized Schröder paths. We determine generating functions of such paths, located in a region determined by a type of a torus knot under consideration, and show that they encode colored HOMFLY-PT polynomials of this knot. The generators of uncolored HOMFLY-PT homology correspond to a basic set of such paths. Invoking the knots-quivers correspondence, we express generating functions of such paths as quiver generating series, and also relate them to quadruply-graded knot homology. Furthermore, we determine corresponding A-polynomials, which provide algebraic equations and recursion relations for generating functions of generalized Schröder paths. The lattice paths of our interest explicitly enumerate BPS states associated to knots via brane constructions.
Billiard Partitions, Fibonacci Sequences, SIP Classes, and Quivers
Starting from billiard partitions which arose recently in the description of periodic trajectories of ellipsoidal billiards in $d$-dimensional Euclidean space, we introduce a new type of separable integer partition classes, called type B. We study the numbers of basis partitions with $d$ parts and relate them to the Fibonacci sequence and its natural generalizations. Remarkably, the generating series of basis partitions can be related to the quiver generating series of symmetric quivers corresponding to the framed unknot via knots-quivers correspondence, and to the count of Schröder paths.

In this paper we give a novel solution to a classical completion problem for square matrices. This problem was studied by many authors through time, and it is completely solved in [2, 3]. In this paper we relate this classical problem to a purely combinatorial question involving partitions of integers and their majorizations studied in [4]. We show surprising relations in these approaches and as a corollary, we obtain a new combinatorial result on partitions of integers.
More on the properties of the generalized majorization
In this paper, we give corrected and improved definitions of the sets $S$ and $Δ$ compared to [1]. By using these new definitions, we go throughout the proof of the main result in [1], and we correct it.

In this paper we find and explore the correspondence between quivers, torus knots, and combinatorics of counting paths. Our first result pertains to quiver representation theory -- we find explicit formulae for classical generating functions and Donaldson-Thomas invariants of an arbitrary symmetric quiver. We then focus on quivers corresponding to $(r,s)$ torus knots and show that their classical generating functions, in the extremal limit and framing $rs$, are generating functions of lattice paths under the line of the slope $r/s$. Generating functions of such paths satisfy extremal A-polynomial equations, which immediately follows after representing them in terms of the Duchon grammar. Moreover, these extremal A-polynomial equations encode Donaldson-Thomas invariants, which provides an interesting example of algebraicity of generating functions of these invariants. We also find a quantum generalization of these statements, i.e. a relation between motivic quiver generating functions, quantum extremal knot invariants, and $q$-weighted path counting. Finally, in the case of the unknot, we generalize this correspondence to the full HOMFLY-PT invariants and counting of Schröder paths.
New Categorifications of the Chromatic and the Dichromatic Polynomials for Graphs

In this paper, for each graph $G$, we def\mbox{}ine a chain complex of graded modules over the ring of polynomials, whose graded Euler characteristic is equal to the chromatic polynomial of $G$. Furthermore, we def\mbox{}ine a chain complex of doubly-graded modules, whose (doubly) graded Euler characteristic is equal to the dichromatic polynomial of $G$. Both constructions use Koszul complexes, and are similar to the new Khovanov-Rozansky categorif\mbox{}ications of HOMFLYPT polynomial. We also give simplif\mbox{}ied def\mbox{}inition of this triply-graded link homology theory.
Categorification of the Dichromatic Polynomial for Graphs
For each graph and each positive integer $n$, we define a chain complex whose graded Euler characteristic is equal to an appropriate $n$-specialization of the dichromatic polynomial. This also gives a categorification of $n$-specializations of the Tutte polynomial of graphs. Also, for each graph and integer $n\le 2$, we define the different one variable $n$-specializations of the dichromatic polynomials, and for each polynomial we define graded chain complex whose graded Euler characteristic is equal to that polynomial. Furthermore, we explicitly categorify the specialization of the Tutte polynomial for graphs which corresponds to the Jones polynomial of the appropriate alternating link.
