Let $a_1,a_2,\dots,a_k$ be positive integers with $\gcd(a_1,a_2,\dots,a_k)=1$. Frobenius number is the largest positive integer that is NOT representable in terms of $a_1,a_2,\dots,a_k$. When $k\ge 3$, there is no explicit formula in general, but some formulae may exist for special sequences $a_1,a_2,\dots,a_k$, including, those forming arithmetic progressions and their modifications. In this paper, we give formulae for the power and weighted sum of nonrepresentable positive integers. As applications, we show explicit expressions of these sums for $a_1,a_2,\dots,a_k$ forming arithmetic progressions.

Let $a_1,a_2,\dots,a_k$ be positive integers with $\gcd(a_1,a_2,\dots,a_k)=1$. The concept of the weighted sum $\sum_{n\in{\rm NR}}λ^{n}$ is introduced in \cite{KZ0,KZ}, where ${\rm NR}={\rm NR}(a_1,a_2,\dots,a_k)$ denotes the set of positive integers nonrepresentable in terms of $a_1,a_2,\dots,a_k$. When $λ=1$, such a sum is often called Sylvester sum. The main purpose of this paper is to give explicit expressions of the Sylvester sum ($λ=1$) and the weighed sum ($λ\ne 1$), where $a_1,a_2,\dots,a_k$ forms arithmetic progressions. As applications, various other cases are also considered, including weighted sums, almost arithmetic sequences, arithmetic sequences with an additional term, and geometric-like sequences. Several examples illustrate and confirm our results.

By studying Cameron's operator in terms of determinants, two kinds of "integer" sequences of incomplete numbers were introduced. One was the sequence of restricted numbers, including $s$-step Fibonacci sequences. Another was the sequence of associated numbers, including Lamé sequences of higher order. By the classical Trudi's formula and the inverse relation, more expressions were able to be obtained. These relations and identities can be extended to those of sequence of negative integers or rational numbers. As applications, we consider hypergeometric Bernoulli, Cauchy and Euler numbers with some modifications.

In this paper, we give convenient formulas in order to obtain explicit expressions of a generalized Frobenius number called the $p$-Frobenius number as well as its related values. Here, for a non-negative integer $p$, the $p$-Frobenius number is the largest integer whose number of solutions of the linear diophantine equation in terms of positive integers $a_1,a_2,\dots,a_k$ with $\gcd(a_1,a_2,\dots,a_k)=1$ is at most $p$. When $p=0$, the problem is reduced to the famous and classical linear Diophantine problem of Frobenius. $0$-Frobenius number is the classical Frobenius number. Our formula is not only a natural extension of the existing classical formulas, but also has the great advantage that the explicit expressions of values such as the $p$-Frobenius and related numbers can be obtained systematically. The concept and formula of the weighted sum has been given recently. We also give a $p$-generalized formula for such weighted sums. The central role is the $p$-Apéry set, which is a generalization of the classical Apéry set.

Let $a$ and $b$ be relatively prime positive integers. In this paper the weighted sum $\sum_{n\in{\rm NR}(a,b)}λ^{n-1}n^m$ is given explicitly or in terms of the Apostol-Bernoulli numbers, where $m$ is a nonnegative integer, and ${\rm NR}(a,b)$ denotes the set of positive integers nonrepresentable in terms of $a$ and $b$.

It has been known that the Hosoya index of caterpillar graph can be calculated as the numerator of the simple continued fraction. Recently, the author \cite{Komatsu2020} introduces a more general graph called caterpillar-bond graph and shows that its Hosoya index can be calculated as the numerator of the general continued fraction.
In this paper, we show how the Hosoya index of the graph with non-uniform ring structure can be calculated from the negative continued fraction. We also give the relation between some radial graphs and multidimensional continued fractions in the sense of the Hosoya index.

In this paper, we introduce poly-Bernoulli numbers with level $2$, related to the Stirling numbers of the second kind with level $2$, and study several properties of poly-Bernoulli numbers with level $2$ from their expressions, relations, and congruences. Poly-Bernoulli numbers with level $2$ have strong connections with poly-Cauchy numbers with level $2$. In a special case, we can determine the denominators of Bernoulli numbers with level $2$ by showing a von Staudt-Clausen like theorem.

In 1990, Spieß\, gave some identities of harmonic numbers including the types of $\sum_{\ell=1}^n\ell^k H_\ell$, $\sum_{\ell=1}^n\ell^k H_{n-\ell}$ and $\sum_{\ell=1}^n\ell^k H_\ell H_{n-\ell}$. In this paper, we derive several formulas of hyperharmonic numbers including $\sum_{\ell=0}^{n} {\ell}^{p} h_{\ell}^{(r)} h_{n-\ell}^{(s)}$ and $\sum_{\ell=0}^n \ell^{p}(h_{\ell}^{(r)})^{2}$. Some more formulas of generalized hyperharmonic numbers are also shown.

Let $a_1,a_2,\dots,a_k$ be positive integers with $\gcd(a_1,a_2,\dots,a_k)=1$. Let ${\rm NR}={\rm NR}(a_1,a_2,\dots,a_k)$ denote the set of positive integers nonrepresentable in terms of $a_1,a_2,\dots,a_k$. The largest nonrepresentable integer $\max{\rm NR}$, the number of nonrepresentable positive integers $\sum_{n\in{\rm NR}}1$ and the sum of nonrepresentable positive integers $\sum_{n\in{\rm NR}}n$ have been widely studied for a long time as related to the famous Frobenius problem. In this paper by using Eulerian numbers, we give formulas for the weighted sum $\sum_{n\in{\rm NR}}λ^{n}n^μ$, where $μ$ is a nonnegative integer and $λ$ is a complex number. We also examine power sums of nonrepresentable numbers and some formulae for three variables. Several examples illustrate and support our results.
Continued fractions associated with the topological index of the caterpillar-bond graph
In this paper, we give graphs whose topological index are exactly equal to the number $u_n$, satisfying the three term recurrence relation $$ u_n=a u_{n-1}+b u_{n-2}\quad(n\ge 2)\quad u_0=0\quad\hbox{and}\quad u_1=u\,, $$ where $a$, $b$ and $u$ are positive integers. We show an interpretation from the continued fraction expansion in a more general case, so that the topological index can be computed easily. On the contrary, for any given positive integer $N$, we can find the graphs (trees) whose topological indices are exactly equal to $N$.

Several articles deal with tilings with squares and dominoes of the well-known regular square mosaic in Euclidean plane, but not any with the hyperbolic regular square mosaics. In this article, we examine the tiling problem with colored squares and dominoes of one type of the possible hyperbolic generalization of $(2\times n)$-board.
On Multi Poly-Bernoulli Polynomials
In this paper, we define multi poly-Bernoulli polynomials using multiple polylogarithm and derive some properties parallel to those of poly-Bernoulli polynomials. Furthermore, an explicit formula for certain Hurwitz-Lerch type multi poly-Bernoulli polynomials is established using the $r$-Whitney numbers of the second kind.

In this article, we give upper bounds for cyclotomic numbers of order e over a finite field with q elements, where e is a divisor of q-1. In particular, we show that under certain assumptions, cyclotomic numbers are at most $\lceil\frac{k}{2}\rceil$, and the cyclotomic number (0,0) is at most $\lceil\frac{k}{2}\rceil-1$, where k=(q-1)/e. These results are obtained by using a known formula for the determinant of a matrix whose entries are binomial coefficients.

Given a set of positive integers A = {a_1,...,a_n}, we study the number p_A (t) of nonnegative integer solutions (m_1,...,m_n) to m_1 a_1 + ... m_n a_n = t. We derive an explicit formula for the polynomial part of p_A.
