We give a classification of toric log del Pezzo surfaces with two or three singular points.

We give a necessary and sufficient condition for a generalized Bott manifold to be Fano or weak Fano. As a consequence we characterize Fano Bott manifolds.

This article gives an overview of toric Fano and toric weak Fano varieties associated to graphs and building sets. We also study some properties of such toric Fano varieties and discuss related topics.

We give a necessary and sufficient condition for the nonsingular projective toric variety associated to the graph cubeahedron of a finite simple graph to be Fano or weak Fano in terms of the graph.

We give a necessary and sufficient condition for the nonsingular projective toric variety associated to a building set to be weak Fano in terms of the building set.

We give a necessary and sufficient condition for the nonsingular projective toric variety associated to a finite simple graph to be Fano or weak Fano in terms of the graph.

We prove that a simplicial 2-sphere satisfying a certain condition is the underlying simplicial complex of a 3-dimensional non-singular complete fan. In particular, this implies that any simplicial 2-sphere with $\leq 18$ vertices is the underlying simplicial complex of such a fan.

We construct toric manifolds of complex dimension $\geq 4$, whose orbit spaces by the action of the compact torus are not homeomorphic to simple polytopes (as manifolds with corners). These provide the first known examples of toric manifolds which are not quasitoric manifolds.

We give a formula on the rotation number of a sequence of primitive vectors, which is a generalization of the formula on the rotation number of a unimodular sequence in \cite{Higashitani and Masuda}.
