Log-concavity of cluster algebras of type $A_n$
Okounkov [Oko03] conjectured the log-concavity about the structure constants for many interesting basis from representation theory. For the cluster algebra, Gross, Hacking, Keel, Kontsevich [GHKK18] introduced the atomic theta basis. We prove that the coefficients of the exponents of any cluster variable of type $A_n$ are log-concave. We show that the structure constants for theta basis of type $A_2$ are log-concave. As for larger generality, we conjecture that the log-concavity of the structure constants for theta basis of the cluster algebra.

Intersections of Dual $SL_3$-Webs
We introduce a topological intersection number for an ordered pair of $\operatorname{SL}_3$-webs on a decorated surface. Using this intersection pairing between reduced $(\operatorname{SL}_3,\mathcal{A})$-webs and a collection of $(\operatorname{SL}_3,\mathcal{X})$-webs associated with the Fock--Goncharov cluster coordinates, we provide a natural combinatorial interpretation of the bijection from the set of reduced $(\operatorname{SL}_3,\mathcal{A})$-webs to the tropical set $\mathcal{A}^+_{\operatorname{PGL}_3,\hat{S}}(\mathbb{Z}^t)$, as established by Douglas and Sun in \cite{DS20a, DS20b}. We provide a new proof of the flip equivariance of the above bijection, which is crucial for proving the Fock--Goncharov duality conjecture of higher Teichmüller spaces for $\operatorname{SL}_3$.

Tropical Fock-Goncharov coordinates for $\mathrm{SL}_3$-webs on surfaces II: naturality
In a companion paper (arXiv 2011.01768), we constructed nonnegative integer coordinates $Φ_\mathscr{T}(\mathscr{W}_{3, \hat{S}}) \subset \mathbb{Z}_{\geq 0}^N$ for the collection $\mathscr{W}_{3, \hat{S}}$ of reduced $\mathrm{SL}_3$-webs on a finite-type punctured surface $\hat{S}$, depending on an ideal triangulation $\mathscr{T}$ of $\hat{S}$. We show that these coordinates are natural with respect to the choice of triangulation, in the sense that if a different triangulation $\mathscr{T}^\prime$ is chosen, then the coordinate change map relating $Φ_\mathscr{T}(\mathscr{W}_{3, \hat{S}})$ to $Φ_{\mathscr{T}^\prime}(\mathscr{W}_{3, \hat{S}})$ is a tropical $\mathcal{A}$-coordinate cluster transformation. We can therefore view the webs $\mathscr{W}_{3, \hat{S}}$ as a concrete topological model for the Fock-Goncharov-Shen positive integer tropical points $\mathcal{A}_{\mathrm{PGL}_3, \hat{S}}^+(\mathbb{Z}^t)$.

Rank $n$ swapping algebra for Grassmannian
The rank $n$ swapping algebra is the Poisson algebra defined on the ordered pairs of points on a circle using the linking numbers, where a subspace of $(\mathbb{K}^n \times \mathbb{K}^{n*})^r/\operatorname{GL}(n,\mathbb{K})$ is its geometric mode. In this paper, we find an injective Poisson homomorphism from the Poisson algebra on Grassmannian $G_{n,r}$ arising from boundary measurement map to the rank $n$ swapping fraction algebra.

Rank $n$ swapping algebra for $\operatorname{PGL}_n$ Fock-Goncharov $\mathcal{X}$ moduli space
Published in Math. Ann. (2020) • View PublicationBIB
The {\em rank $n$ swapping algebra} is a Poisson algebra defined on the set of ordered pairs of points of the circle using linking numbers, whose geometric model is given by a certain subspace of $(\mathbb{K}^n \times \mathbb{K}^{n*})^r/\operatorname{GL}(n,\mathbb{K})$. For any ideal triangulation of $D_k$---a disk with $k$ points on its boundary, using determinants, we find an injective Poisson algebra homomorphism from the fraction algebra generated by the Fock--Goncharov coordinates for $\mathcal{X}_{\operatorname{PGL}_n,D_k}$ to the rank $n$ swapping multifraction algebra for $r=k\cdot(n-1)$ with respect to the (Atiyah--Bott--)Goldman Poisson bracket and the swapping bracket. This is the building block of the general surface case. Two such injective Poisson algebra homomorphisms related to two ideal triangulations $\mathcal{T}$ and $\mathcal{T}'$ are compatible with each other under the flips.

Swapping algebra, Virasoro algebra and discrete integrable system
We induce a Poisson algebra $\{\cdot,\cdot\}_{\mathcal{C}_{n,N}}$ on the configuration space $\mathcal{C}_{n,N}$ of $N$ twisted polygons in $\mathbb{RP}^{n-1}$ from the swapping algebra \cite{L12}, which is found coincide with Faddeev-Takhtajan-Volkov algebra for $n=2$. There is another Poisson algebra $\{\cdot,\cdot\}_{S2}$ on $\mathcal{C}_{2,N}$ induced from the first Adler-Gelfand-Dickey Poissson algebra by Miura transformation. By observing that these two Poisson algebras are asymptotically related to the dual to the Virasoro algebra, finally, we prove that $\{\cdot,\cdot\}_{\mathcal{C}_{2,N}}$ and $\{\cdot,\cdot\}_{S2}$ are Schouten commute.

Rank $n$ swapping algebra for the $\operatorname{PSL}(n, \mathbb{R})$ Hitchin component
Published in Int Math Res Notices 2017.2 (2017), 583-613 • View PublicationBIB
F. Labourie [arXiv:1212.5015] characterized the Hitchin components for $\operatorname{PSL}(n, \mathbb{R})$ for any $n>1$ by using the swapping algebra, where the swapping algebra should be understood as a ring equipped with a Poisson bracket. We introduce the rank $n$ swapping algebra, which is the quotient of the swapping algebra by the $(n+1)\times(n+1)$ determinant relations. The main results are the well-definedness of the rank $n$ swapping algebra and the "cross-ratio" in its fraction algebra. As a consequence, we use the sub fraction algebra of the rank $n$ swapping algebra generated by these "cross-ratios" to characterize the $\operatorname{PSL}(n, \mathbb{R})$ Hitchin component for a fixed $n>1$. We also show the relation between the rank $2$ swapping algebra and the cluster $\mathcal{X}_{\operatorname{PGL}(2,\mathbb{R}),D_k}$-space.
