A signed graph product and its Application
A signed graph product is defined for a new product, and initially the unsigned graph product's Laplacian spectrum and signless Laplacian spectrum are found. Next, for the signed graph product, the adjacency spectrum, Laplacian spectrum, and signless Laplacian spectrum are found. In the end, we determined the prerequisite for the signed graph product to be integral and we also have generated a sequence of co-spectral signed graphs and a sequence of non-co-spectral equienergetic signed graphs.

A categorification of cluster algebras of type B and C through symmetric quivers
Published in Journal of Algebra 664 (2025) 1-41 • View PublicationBIB
We express cluster variables of type $B_n$ and $C_n$ in terms of cluster variables of type $A_n$. Then we associate a cluster tilted bound symmetric quiver $Q$ of type $A_{2n-1}$ to any seed of a cluster algebra of type $B_n$ and $C_n$. Under this correspondence, cluster variables of type $B_n$ (resp. $C_n$) correspond to orthogonal (resp. symplectic) indecomposable representations of $Q$. We find a Caldero-Chapoton map in this setting. We also give a categorical interpretation of the cluster expansion formula in the case of acyclic quivers.
Nakayama algebras of small homological dimension and pattern avoiding permutations
We give a combinatorial classification of Nakayama algebras of small homological dimension using the Krattenthaler bijection between Dyck paths and 132-avoiding permutations.

The Schur polynomials in all primitive $n$th roots of unity
Published • View PublicationBIB
We show that the Schur polynomials in all primitive $n$th roots of unity are $1$, $0$, or $-1$, if $n$ has at most two distinct odd prime factors. This result can be regarded as a generalization of properties of the coefficients of the cyclotomic polynomial and its multiplicative inverse. The key to the proof is the concept of a unimodular system of vectors. Namely, this result can be reduced to the unimodularity of the tensor product of two maximal circuits (here we call a vector system a maximal circuit, if it can be expressed as $B \cup \{ -\sum B \}$ with some basis $B$).

Antimagic Labeling of Graphs Using Prime Numbers
Graph labeling is a technique that assigns unique labels or weights to the vertices or edges of a graph, often used to analyze and solve various graph-related problems. There are few methods with certain limitations conducted by researchers previously on this topic. This research paper focuses on antimagic labeling of different types of graphs and trees. It entails the assignment of distinct prime values to edges in a manner that ensures the cumulative sum of edge labels at each vertex remains unique. This research proposes a conjecture on antimagic labeling of any graphs and proves two theories. Firstly, we tried to give weights to the edges randomly, as some exceptions are faced in particular phases in this way, we followed a whole new way to mitigate this problem. This research paper demonstrates computational and mathematical verification to prove that antimagic labeling of any perfect binary tree and complete graph is possible.
Bootstrap percolation and $P_3$-hull number in direct products of graphs
The $r$-neighbor bootstrap percolation is a graph infection process based on the update rule by which a vertex with $r$ infected neighbors becomes infected. We say that an initial set of infected vertices propagates if all vertices of a graph $G$ are eventually infected, and the minimum cardinality of such a set in $G$ is called the $r$-bootstrap percolation number, $m(G,r)$, of $G$. In this paper, we study percolating sets in direct products of graphs. While in general graphs there is no non-trivial upper bound on $m(G\times H,r)$, we prove several upper bounds under the assumption $δ(G)\ge r$. We also characterize the connected graphs $G$ and $H$ with minimum degree $2$ that satisfy $m(G \times H, 2) = \frac{|V(G \times H)|}{2}$. In addition, we determine the exact values of $m(P_n \times P_m, 2)$, which are $m+n-1$ if $m$ and $n$ are of different parities, and $m+n$ otherwise.

On extended perfect codes
We consider extended $1$-perfect codes in Hamming graphs $H(n,q)$. Such nontrivial codes are known only when $n=2^k$, $k\geq 1$, $q=2$, or $n=q+2$, $q=2^m$, $m\geq 1$. Recently, Bespalov proved nonexistence of extended $1$-perfect codes for $q=3$, $4$, $n>q+2$. In this work, we characterize all positive integers $n$, $r$ and prime $p$, for which there exist such a code in $H(n,p^r)$. We also consider $2$-perfect codes in Hamming $H(n,q)$ and Johnson graphs $J(n,w)$ and find new necessary conditions on there existence.

Representations from matrix varieties, and filtered RSK
Matrix Schubert varieties (Fulton '92) carry natural actions of Levi groups. Their coordinate rings are thereby Levi-representations; what is a combinatorial counting rule for the multiplicities of their irreducibles? When the Levi group is a torus, (Knutson-Miller '04) answers the question. We present a general solution, a common refinement of the multigraded Hilbert series, the Cauchy identity, and the Littlewood-Richardson rule. Our result applies to any ``bicrystalline'' algebraic variety; we define these using the operators of (Kashiwara '95) and of (Danilov-Koshevoi '05, van Leeuwen '06). The proof introduces a ``filtered'' generalization of the Robinson-Schensted-Knuth correspondence.

The Width of a Ball in a Hypercube
Various authors have calculated how many pairwise incomparable points can be selected from a partially ordered set. We tackle this question for the family of subsets of a finite set obtained by removing or adding a bounded number of elements from a given subset. Our versatile approach is proven valid under the condition of the set size exceeding the cube of the radius.

Poset polytopes and pipe dreams: toric degenerations and beyond
We demonstrate how pipe dreams can be applied to the theory of poset polytopes to produce toric degenerations of flag varieties. Specifically, we present such constructions for marked chain-order polytopes of Dynkin types A and C. These toric degenerations also give rise to further algebraic and geometric objects such as PBW-monomial bases and Newton--Okounkov bodies. We discuss a construction of the former in the type A case and of the latter in type C.
Universal graph series, chromatic functions, and their index theory

In the present paper, we introduce the concept of universal graph series. We then present four invariants of graphs and discuss some of their properties. In particular, one of these invariants is a generalization of the chromatic symmetric function and a complete invariant for graphs.
Birational maps to Grassmannians, representations and poset polytopes
Published • View PublicationBIB
We study the closure of the graph of the birational map from a projective space to a Grassmannian. We provide explicit description of the graph closure and compute the fibers of the natural projection to the Grassmannian. We construct embeddings of the graph closure to the projectivizations of certain cyclic representations of a degenerate special linear Lie algebra and study algebraic and combinatorial properties of these representations. In particular, we describe monomial bases, generalizing the FFLV bases. The proof relies on combinatorial properties of a new family of poset polytopes, which are of independent interest. As a consequence we obtain flat toric degenerations of the graph closure studied by Borovik, Sturmfels and Sverrisdóttir.

Stembridge codes, permutahedral varieties, and their extensions
It is well known that the Eulerian polynomial is the Hilbert series of the cohomology of the permutahedral variety. Stanley obtained a formula showing that the cohomology carries a permutation representation of $\mathfrak{S}_n$. We answer a question of Stembridge on finding an explicit permutation basis of this cohomology. We observe that the Feichtner-Yuzvinsky basis for the Chow ring of the Boolean matroid is such a permutation basis, and then we construct an $\mathfrak{S}_n$-equivariant bijection between this basis and codes introduced by Stembridge, thereby giving a combinatorial proof of Stanley's formula. We obtain an analogous result for the stellahedral variety. We find a permutation basis of the permutation representation its cohomology carries. This involves the augmented Chow ring of a matroid introduced by Braden, Huh, Matherne, Proudfoot and Wang. Along the way, we obtain a general result on augmented Chow rings (which was also independently obtained by Eur) asserting that augmented Chow rings of matroids are actually Chow rings in the sense of Feichtner and Yuzvinsky. In the last part of the paper, we study enumerative aspects of the permutahedra and the stellohedra related to these permutation bases.

Generalized zero-divisor graph of $*$-rings
Published • View PublicationBIB
Let $R$ be a ring with involution $*$ and $Z^*(R)$ denotes the set of all non-zero zero-divisors of $R$. We associate a simple (undirected) graph $Γ'(R)$ with vertex set $Z^*(R)$ and two distinct vertices $x$ and $y$ are adjacent in $Γ'(R)$ if and only if $x^ny^*=0$ or $y^nx^*=0$, for some positive integer $n$. We find the diameter and girth of $Γ'(R)$. The characterizations are obtained for $*$-rings having $Γ'(R)$ a connected graph, a complete graph, and a star graph. Further, we have shown that for a ring $R$, there is an involution on $R\times R$ such that $Γ'(R\times R)$ is disconnected if and only if $R$ is an integral domain.

Extremal spectral results of planar graphs without $C_{l, l}$ or $\mathrm{Theta}$ graph
Published • View PublicationBIB
Let $\mathcal {F}$ be a given family of graphs. A graph $G$ is $\mathcal {F}$-free if it does not contain any member of $\mathcal {F}$ as a subgraph. Let $C_{l, l}$ be a graph obtained from $2C_l$ such that the two cycles share a common vertex, where $l\geqslant3 $. A $\mathrm{Theta}$ graph is obtained from a cycle $C_k$ by adding an additional edge between two non-consecutive vertices on $C_k$, where $k\geqslant 4$. Let $Θ_k$ be the set of $\mathrm{Theta}$ graphs on $k$ vertices, where $k \geqslant 4$. For sufficiently large $n $, the unique extremal planar graph with the maximum spectral radius among $C_{l, l}$-free planar graphs on $n$ vertices and among $Θ_k$-free planar graphs on $n$ vertices are characterized respectively, where $l \geqslant 3$ and $k \geqslant 4$.

Even-Odd partition identities of Göellnitz-Gordon type
In this paper, we prove a theorem which adds a new member to the famous Göellnitz-Gordon identities. We construct a "new system of recurrence formulas" in order to prove it.
The Euclidean MST-ratio for Bi-colored Lattices
Published • View PublicationBIB
Given a finite set, $A \subseteq \mathbb{R}^2$, and a subset, $B \subseteq A$, the \emph{MST-ratio} is the combined length of the minimum spanning trees of $B$ and $A \setminus B$ divided by the length of the minimum spanning tree of $A$. The question of the supremum, over all sets $A$, of the maximum, over all subsets $B$, is related to the Steiner ratio, and we prove this sup-max is between $2.154$ and $2.427$. Restricting ourselves to $2$-dimensional lattices, we prove that the sup-max is $2.0$, while the inf-max is $1.25$. By some margin the most difficult of these results is the upper bound for the inf-max, which we prove by showing that the hexagonal lattice cannot have MST-ratio larger than $1.25$.
A canonical tree decomposition for order types, and some applications
Published • View PublicationBIB
We introduce and study a notion of decomposition of planar point sets (or rather of their chirotopes) as trees decorated by smaller chirotopes. This decomposition is based on the concept of mutually avoiding sets (which we rephrase as \emph{modules}), and adapts in some sense the modular decomposition of graphs in the world of chirotopes. The associated tree always exists and is unique up to some appropriate constraints. We also show how to compute the number of triangulations of a chirotope efficiently, starting from its tree and the (weighted) numbers of triangulations of its parts.

The inhomogeneous $t$-PushTASEP and Macdonald polynomials
Published • View PublicationBIB
We study a multispecies $t$-PushTASEP system on a finite ring of $n$ sites with site-dependent rates $x_1,\dots,x_n$. Let $λ=(λ_1,\dots,λ_n)$ be a partition whose parts represent the species of the $n$ particles on the ring. We show that for each composition $η$ obtained by permuting the parts of $λ$, the stationary probability of being in state $η$ is proportional to the ASEP polynomial $F_η(x_1,\dots,x_n; q,t)$ at $q=1$; the normalizing constant (or partition function) is the Macdonald polynomial $P_λ(x_1,\dots,x_n;q,t)$ at $q=1$. Our approach involves new relations between the families of ASEP polynomials and of non-symmetric Macdonald polynomials at $q=1$. We also use multiline diagrams, showing that a single jump of the PushTASEP system is closely related to the operation of moving from one line to the next in a multiline diagram. We derive symmetry properties for the system under permutation of its jump rates, as well as a formula for the current of a single-species system.
A lozenge triangulation of the plane with integers
Published • View PublicationBIB
We introduce and study a three-folded linear operator depending on three parameters that has associated a triangular number tilling of the plane. As a result the set of all triples of integers is decomposed in classes of equivalence organized in four towers of two-dimensional triangulations. We provide the full characterization of the represented integers belonging to each network as families of certain quadratic forms. We note that one of the towers is generated by a germ that produces a covering of the plane with {Löschian} numbers.
