We calculate the cluster modular groups of affine and doubly extended typecluster algebras in a uniform way by introducing a new family of quivers. We use this uniformdescription to construct a natural finite quotient of the cluster complex of each affine anddoubly extended cluster algebra. Using this construction, we introduce the notion of affineand doubly extended generalized associahedra, and count their facets.

We use analogues of Enright's and Arkhipov's functors to determine the quiver and relations for a category of $\mathfrak{sl}_2 \ltimes L(4)$-modules which are locally finite (and with finite multiplicities) over $\mathfrak{sl}_2$. We also outline serious obstacles to extend our result to $\mathfrak{sl}_2 \ltimes L(k)$, for $k>4$.

A cluster algebra is a commutative algebra whose structure is decided by a skew-symmetrizable matrix or a quiver. When a skew-symmetrizable matrix is invariant under an action of a finite group and this action is admissible, the folded cluster algebra is obtained from the original one. Any cluster algebra of non-simply-laced affine type can be obtained by folding a cluster algebra of simply-laced affine type with a specific $G$-action. In this paper, we study the combinatorial properties of quivers in the cluster algebra of affine type. We prove that for any quiver of simply-laced affine type, $G$-invariance and $G$-admissibility are equivalent. This leads us to prove that the set of $G$-invariant seeds forms the folded cluster pattern.

We introduce and initiate the study of a general class of $2d$ $\mathcal{N}=(0,2)$ quiver gauge theories, defined in terms of certain 2-dimensional CW complexes on oriented 3-manifolds. We refer to this class of theories as BFT$_2$$\mbox{'}$s. They are natural generalizations of Brane Brick Models, which capture the gauge theories on D1-branes probing toric Calabi-Yau 4-folds. The dynamics and triality of the gauge theories translate into simple transformations of the underlying CW complexes. We introduce various combinatorial tools for analyzing these theories and investigate their connections to toric Calabi-Yau manifolds, which arise as their master and moduli spaces. Invariance of the moduli space is indeed a powerful criterion for identifying theories in the same triality class. We also investigate the reducibility of these theories.

Cluster algebra structures for Grassmannians and their (open) positroid strata are controlled by a Postnikov diagram D or, equivalently, a dimer model on the disc, as encoded by either a bipartite graph or the dual quiver (with faces). The associated dimer algebra A, determined directly by the quiver with a certain potential, can also be realised as the endomorphism algebra of a cluster-tilting object in an associated Frobenius cluster category. In this paper, we introduce a class of A-modules corresponding to perfect matchings of the dimer model of D and show that, when D is connected, the indecomposable projective A-modules are in this class. Surprisingly, this allows us to deduce that the cluster category associated to D embeds into the cluster category for the appropriate Grassmannian. We show that the indecomposable projectives correspond to certain matchings which have appeared previously in work of Muller-Speyer. This allows us to identify the cluster-tilting object associated to D, by showing that it is determined by one of the standard labelling rules constructing a cluster of Plücker coordinates from D. By computing a projective resolution of every perfect matching module, we show that Marsh-Scott's formula for twisted Plücker coordinates, expressed as a dimer partition function, is a special case of the general cluster character formula, and thus observe that the Marsh-Scott twist can be categorified by a particular syzygy operation in the Grassmannian cluster category.

In the present paper, we first give a characterization for Bongartz completion in $τ$-tilting theory via $c$-vectors. Motivated by this characterization, we give the definition of Bongartz completion in cluster algebras using $c$-vectors. Then we prove the existence and uniqueness of Bongartz completion in cluster algebras. We also prove that Bongartz completion admits certain commutativity. We give two applications for Bongartz completion in cluster algebras. As the first application, we prove the full subquiver of the exchange quiver (or known as oriented exchange graph) of a cluster algebra $\mathcal A$ whose vertices consist of seeds of $\mathcal A$ containing particular cluster variables is isomorphic to the exchange quiver of another cluster algebra. As the second application, we prove that in a cluster Poisson algebra $\mathcal X_\bullet$, each cluster Poisson seed (up to seed equivalence) of $\mathcal X_\bullet$ is uniquely determined by its negative cluster Poisson variables.
On maximal green sequence for quivers arising from weighted projective lines

We investigate the existence and non-existence of maximal green sequences for quivers arising from weighted projective lines. Let $Q$ be the Gabreil quiver of the endomorphism algebra of a basic cluster-tilting object in the cluster category $\mathcal{C}_\mathbb{X}$ of a weighted projective line $\mathbb{X}$. It is proved that there exists a quiver $Q'$ in the mutation equivalence class $\operatorname{Mut}(Q)$ such that $Q'$ admits a maximal green sequence. On the other hand, there is a quiver in $\operatorname{Mut}(Q)$ which does not admit a maximal green sequence if and only if $\mathbb{X}$ is of wild type.
A geometric model for syzygies over 2-Calabi-Yau tilted algebras
In this article, we consider the class of 2-Calabi-Yau tilted algebras that are defined by a quiver with potential whose dual graph is a tree. We call these algebras \emph{dimer tree algebras} because they can also be realized as quotients of dimer algebras on a disc. These algebras are wild in general. For every such algebra $B$, we construct a polygon $\mathcal{S}$ with a checkerboard pattern in its interior that gives rise to a category $\text{Diag}(\mathcal{S})$. The indecomposable objects of $\text{Diag}(\mathcal{S})$ are the 2-diagonals in $\mathcal{S}$, and its morphisms are given by certain pivoting moves between the 2-diagonals. We conjecture that the category $\text{Diag}(\mathcal{S})$ is equivalent to the stable syzygy category over the algebra $B$, such that the rotation of the polygon corresponds to the shift functor on the syzygies. In particular, the number of indecomposable syzygies is finite and the projective resolutions are periodic. We prove the conjecture in the special case where every chordless cycle in the quiver is of length three.
As a consequence, we obtain an explicit description of the projective resolutions. Moreover, we show that the syzygy category is equivalent to the 2-cluster category of type $\mathbb{A}$, and we introduce a new derived invariant for the algebra $B$ that can be read off easily from the quiver.

Let $Λ$ be the set of partitions of length $\geq 0$. We introduce an $\mathbb{N}$-graded algebra $\mathbb{A}_q^d(Λ)$ associated to $Λ$, which can be viewed as a quantization of the algebra of partitions defined by Reineke. The multiplication of $\mathbb{A}^d_q(Λ)$ has some kind of quasi-commutativity, and the associativity comes from combinatorial properties of certain polynomials appeared in the quantized cohomological Hall algebra $\mathcal{H}^d_q$ of the $d$-loop quiver. It turns out that $\mathbb{A}^d_q(Λ)$ is isomorphic to $\mathcal{H}^d_q$, thus can be viewed as a combinatorial realization for $\mathcal{H}^d_q$.

Prompted an inquiry of Manin on whether a coacting Hopf-type structure $H$ and an algebra $A$ that is coacted upon share algebraic properties, we study the particular case of $A$ being a path algebra $\Bbbk Q$ of a finite quiver $Q$ and $H$ being Hayashi's face algebra $\mathfrak{H}(Q)$ attached to $Q$. This is motivated by the work of Huang, Wicks, Won, and the second author, where it was established that the weak bialgebra coacting universally on $\Bbbk Q$ (either from the left, right, or both sides compatibly) is $\mathfrak{H}(Q)$. For our study, we define the Kronecker square $\widehat{Q}$ of $Q$, and show that $\mathfrak{H}(Q) \cong \Bbbk \widehat{Q}$ as unital algebras. Then we obtain ring-theoretic and homological properties of $\mathfrak{H}(Q)$ in terms of graph-theoretic properties of $Q$ by way of $\widehat{Q}$.
On the Number of Arrows of Cluster Quivers

Let $\tilde{Q}$ (resp. $Q$) be an extended exchange (resp. exchange) cluster quiver of finite mutation type. We introduce the distribution set of the number of arrows for $Mut[\tilde{Q}]$ (resp. $Mut[Q]$), give the maximum and minimum numbers of the distribution set and establish the existence of an extended complete walk (resp. a complete walk). As a consequence, we prove that the distribution set for $Mut[\tilde{Q}]$ (resp. $Mut[Q]$) is continuous except the exceptional cases.
In case of cluster quivers $Q_{inf}$ of infinite mutation type, the number of arrows does not present a continuous distribution. Besides, we show that the maximal number of arrows of quivers in $Mut[Q_{inf}]$ is infinite if and only if the maximal number of arrows between any two vertices of a quiver in $Mut[Q_{inf}]$ is infinite.

In previous work we equipped quiver Grassmannians for nilpotent representations of the equioriented cycle with an action of an algebraic torus. We show here that the equivariant cohomology ring is acted upon by a product of symmetric groups and we investigate this permutation action via GKM techniques. In the case of (type A) flag varieties, or Schubert varieties therein, we recover Tymoczko's results on permutation representations.

We show that the $\imath$Hall algebra of the Jordan quiver is a polynomial ring in infinitely many generators and obtain transition relations among several generating sets. We establish a ring isomorphism from this $\imath$Hall algebra to the ring of symmetric functions in two parameters $t, θ$, which maps the $\imath$Hall basis to a class of (modified) inhomogeneous Hall-Littlewood ($\imath$HL) functions. The (modified) $\imath$HL functions admit a formulation via raising and lowering operators. We formulate and prove Pieri rules for (modified) $\imath$HL functions. The modified $\imath$HL functions specialize at $θ=0$ to the modified HL functions; they specialize at $θ=1$ to the deformed universal characters of type C, which further specialize at $(t=0, θ=1)$ to the universal characters of type C.

Schubert puzzles and integrability II: multiplying motivic Segre classes

In Schubert Puzzles and Integrability I we proved several "puzzle rules" for computing products of Schubert classes in K-theory (and sometimes equivariant K-theory) of d-step flag varieties. The principal tool was "quantum integrability", in several variants of the Yang--Baxter equation; this let us recognize the Schubert structure constants as q->0 limits of certain matrix entries in products of R- (and other) matrices of quantized affine algebra representations. In the present work we give direct cohomological interpretations of those same matrix entries but at finite q: they compute products of "motivic Segre classes", closely related to K-theoretic Maulik--Okounkov stable classes living on the cotangent bundles of the flag varieties. Without q->0, we avoid some divergences that blocked fuller understanding of d=3,4. The puzzle computations are then explained (in cohomology onlyin this work, not K-theory) in terms of Lagrangian convolutions between Nakajima quiver varieties. More specifically, the conormal bundle to the diagonal inclusion of a flag variety factors through a quiver variety that is not a cotangent bundle, and it is on that intermediate quiver variety that the R-matrix calculation occurs.

We study exact Lagrangian fillings of Legendrian links of $D_n$-type in the standard contact 3-sphere. The main result is the existence of a Lagrangian filling, represented by a weave, such that any algebraic quiver mutation of the associated intersection quiver can be realized as a geometric weave mutation. The method of proof is via Legendrian weave calculus and a construction of appropriate 1-cycles whose geometric intersections realize the required algebraic intersection numbers. In particular, we show that in $D$-type, each cluster chart of the moduli of microlocal rank-1 sheaves is induced by at least one embedded exact Lagrangian filling. Hence, the Legendrian links of $D_n$-type have at least as many Hamiltonian isotopy classes of Lagrangian fillings as cluster seeds in the $D_n$-type cluster algebra, and their geometric exchange graph for Lagrangian disk surgeries contains the cluster exchange graph of $D_n$-type.
Spectral sequences of a Morse shelling

We recently introduced a notion of tilings of geometric realizations of finite relative simplicial complexes and related those tilings to the discrete Morse theory of R. Forman, especially when they have the property of being shellable, a property shared by the classical shellable complexes. We now observe that every such tiling supports a quiver which is acyclic precisely when the tiling is shellable and then, that every shelling induces two spectral sequences which converge to the relative (co)homology of the complex. Their first pages are free modules over the critical tiles of the tiling.
Pre-Calabi-Yau algebras and noncommutative calculus on higher cyclic Hochschild cohomology
We prove $L_{\infty}$-formality for the higher cyclic Hochschild complex $\chH$ over free associative algebra or path algebra of a quiver. The $\chH$ complex is introduced as an appropriate tool for the definition of pre-Calabi-Yau structure. We show that cohomologies of this complex are pure in case of free algebras (path algebras), concentrated in degree zero. It serves as a main ingredient for the formality proof. For any smooth algebra we choose a small qiso subcomplex in the higher cyclic Hochschild complex, which gives rise to a calculus of highly noncommutative monomials, we call them $ξδ$-monomials. The Lie structure on this subcomplex is combinatorially described in terms of $ξδ$-monomials. This subcomplex and a basis of $ξδ$-monomials in combination with arguments from Groebner bases theory serves for the cohomology calculations of the higher cyclic Hochschild complex. The language of $ξδ$-monomials in particular allows an interpretation of pre-Calabi-Yau structure as a noncommutative Poisson structure.

In this paper, we study the maximal length of maximal green sequences for quivers of type $\widetilde{\mathbf{D}}$ and $\widetilde{\mathbf{E}}$ by using the theory of tilting mutation. We show that the maximal length does not depend on the choice of the orientation, and determine it explicitly. Moreover, we give a program which counts all maximal green sequences by length for a given Dynkin/extended Dynkin quiver.

Motivated by Conway and Coxeter's combinatorial results concerning frieze patterns, we sketch an introduction to the theory of cluster algebras and cluster categories for acyclic quivers. The goal is to show how these more abstract theories provide a conceptual explanation for phenomena concerning friezes, principally integrality and periodicity.
